Listen up, folks. I'm not one to trash someone else's reputation, but I have to be honest in my review. Let's start with the positives: a pleasant property in an excellent location, a nice pool, and spacious rooms. However, there's a clear problem with the hygiene facilities and cleanliness in general. There was a terrible smell in the room, and it was hard to get rid of, considering that keeping the patio door open meant losing the little coolness that the awful (noisy and inefficient) air conditioners produced. Unfortunately, the biggest problems arrived on the second night: a blackout throughout the entire hotel at night, leaving us without electricity for about twenty minutes. Once I got back to the room and lay down for a while, I felt an intense itching on my shoulders: a bed bug had bitten me everywhere. I immediately asked for a room change, and in the new accommodation, I didn't find bed bugs in the mattress, but I counted 7 dead ones on the floor in various parts of the room. The hotel probably has an infestation, and instead of changing mattresses, they're just getting rid of bed bugs as they appear with spray or similar methods. But that's not how it works; the mattress needs to be replaced or completely treated with the proper extermination methods. Up until the bed bug incident, I could accept certain shortcomings, contextualizing everything within the objectively low price paid (€12 per night), but the bed bug issue is inexcusable. Furthermore, there was no official apology or offer of compensation for the damage, not even a symbolic one like a complimentary breakfast or something similar.
The hotel's location is excellent. The room is clean. The pool is clean. There's a large supermarket nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. I recommend the price and quality.👍
I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it.
The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well.
I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area.
One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point.
Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel.
Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.
I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily.
For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it.
Have a great holiday!
Overall, it was very good. The staff were attentive and the hotel has its own massage services and restaurant. When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served as a set menu, but when it's busy, it's a buffet. The set menu is especially delicious.
The reviews and photos are very consistent, and since the night bus arrived super early, I could relax by the pool. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Breakfast was a set menu, and the taste was decent. The service attitude was excellent, and it offered great value for money.
The downside is that you can't shower after checking out.
It's about 2 km from the lively night market, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk to get around.
We chose this hotel for a few hours to rest before our journey. The room was good and quite clean. We were given water immediately upon arrival, and there was also bottled water in the room. Our child even managed to swim in the warm pool on the 4th floor. The biggest drawback was the lack of hot water in the room; we had to shower with cool water. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. We didn't try breakfast as we checked out on the evening of our arrival. Overall, it was satisfactory for the very minimal price. Thank you.
The hotel impressed us with its cleanliness and coziness. The location is great, not far from Pub Street. The lady at the reception was very helpful; she arranged our airport transfers (both ways) and also a tuk-tuk for our visit to Angkor Wat. There are plenty of cafes right outside the hotel. We especially enjoyed a cafe (if you exit the hotel and walk about 50 meters to the right) where they have local dancers performing in the evenings. I highly recommend visiting this place.
We really enjoyed our stay with friends. Clean room and friendly staff. Walking distance to the town. We will definitely comeback here. Good ambiance. Very close to the Bus Station and easily accessible to restaurants.😍😍
I just loved this hotel and will certainly be back. The bed was so comfortable and we had free drinks in the minibar and a bath tub . I love that the swimming pool is 24 hours open and was just amazed when they told me that. The breakfast has a range of food from different cultures. I will be back.
I was looking for a hotel in Siem Reap for my elderly relatives, and honestly, there were so many options it was overwhelming. I wanted something within walking distance of Pub Street for convenience, but also worried about noise disturbing their rest. I also preferred to avoid overly trendy hotels popular with a lot of Chinese tourists. After much deliberation, I chose this one and booked it for four consecutive nights. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!
For the first two days, which were around Chinese New Year, I didn't see a single Asian guest at the hotel or at breakfast – it was all Westerners. In the latter two days, I did encounter two or three Chinese families. We booked a room with breakfast, and it was a buffet, which my elders really enjoyed. The menu also varied a bit over the four days.
The room looked exactly like the pictures. I'm very bug-averse, so I was relieved that besides mosquitoes, I didn't see any other insects in the room during our stay. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot! I've read reviews of other hotels where the water temperature was an issue, so this was a definite plus.
My only minor complaint is that my relatives felt the air conditioning wasn't quite strong enough (though I personally thought it was fine). The hotel has a spa, and one day we were tired and thought we'd use it, but when we went, there was no one there and the rooms were dark, which made for a less-than-ideal experience. As for getting to Pub Street, I just took a tuk-tuk for $1 each time, so it was very convenient overall.
