Amazing
VVonmullerAmazing hotel! It is located in the famous Northern Kazakhstan resort area - Borovoye (Burabay) - right at the lake shore. It has its own beach area with all the facilities for the water sports and activities - paddling boards, boats, aqua park. The hotel facilities also catch guests imagination - two swimming pools (warm pool outdoor and indoor pool), three saunas (hammam, Russian and Finnish) - outdoor rope park and climbing wall. Hotel park is an amusing place for a walk - gorgeous vegetations, fountains, benches, arbours. Sport centre offers a wide selection of the equipment for a relaxing travelling around - Scandinavian walking sticks, bicycles, scooters, quadricycle (most for free).
Rooms are very nice and cozy and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very good restaurants with a wide selection of the national and international cuisine.
Definitely come back there again and not for once!

Что не очень понравилось так мутноватая вода в бассейне и нет возможности сходить куда нибудь пройтись, также косметика в баночках не очень удобно, но и поверка номера после выезда это уже какой то пережиток... Но это не испортило наш отдых. Персонал приветливый. Рекомендуем 100 %.

GGuest UserDisappointment from this visit to this hotel. Drilling with a drill until almost 2 am. Considering that I have a 10 month old baby who reacts to any noise. We tiptoe when he sleeps, and here he was specifically woken up by the drill. Although it is clear that the hotel needs repairs (old dirty carpet, old furniture, in general, thoroughly worn out), but drilling with a drill at night is at least disrespect for the guests who came to relax and paid money for it. The breakfasts are meager, fried potatoes are generally laughable. The receptionists could not find the payment, we waited for 30-40 minutes, again, I emphasize, we are a family with a small child. It is not pleasant to lie on the sun loungers in the SPA and in the private rest areas, everything is already worn out.

Green wellness has its recipes, a clean and spacious room, a normal size towel, and the cost of living includes the inBody body and the spelecamera. The assessment is carried out by the medical officer, if you do not know the growth, you will also measure it.
Breakfast on the second floor of the main block takes place from 7:30 a.m. Overall, not bad. Medical staff polite, told more about services than on respiratory.
From the downsides: For a long time could not find a booking, said that they did not know such a site, asked about the payment (I had 100% prepayment), then said that in the morning they would be moved to another room as our booking was worth... a little bit it was all strange, But as a result we were not resettled, said that the other same number was released and they were inhabited... When said that we for the first time did not tell us anything and showed, but about the cost of the service, I learned from a letter that I saw the next night in the mail. I never saw a staff member at a fitobar in two days of stay, so there was no order for their shots and no estimation of the opportunities. Short about the spelecamera (in the plain people of the salt mine)- none. We came, it was turned off, asked to turn on, the gul appeared, but in fact there was no salt inside, respectively there was no small-dispers. It is better to spend time at the pool or go to other paid procedures.
