The environment was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the location was superb. It was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Kazakhstan. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The room is very good. I stayed there for the second time. It has a washing machine and a kitchen. It is my favorite hotel on this trip.

The room is actually ordinary, the hotel has already left the Marriott group. In the Atyrau area, this hotel is probably good (not staying in other Atyrau hotels, so it is uncomfortable to compare). The location is convenient, close to the airport and the convention center, but there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The room itself was decent, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to a main road. However, the front desk staff were quite cold, and I had to remind them multiple times to clean the room. Breakfast was nothing special, and the two times I ordered dinner from their restaurant, the dishes were disappointing.

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations. The rooms were cleaned and the toiletries were complete. The hotel is quiet and convenient for eating and shopping around. The front desk is friendly, the procedures are fast, the price is online, and it is recommended to come and experience.
