"This is an excellent hotel, with a location that puts all
Of the key sites in Barcelona within walking distance. The staff is equally wonderful and Ramon gave us great dinner recommendation, and even call the restaurant to make the reservation. The hotel has a rooftop patio with a great view of the city and the hotel staff holds a daily wine event from 7 to 8 pm. This was an enjoyable opportunity to meet a fellow international travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Barcelona. Even with the current renovation of the street it is still a great hotel to stay at and it did not affect our sleep. Less than a block away there is a high rise building call el Corte Inglés which has a full size supermarket on the lower floor and multiple floors with man’s, women’s, sports apparel, electronics, home furnishings, etc. and the top floor has a variety of food options with seating that gives unique views of the city."
Renovated in 2025, the Eurostars Cristal Palace offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Barcelona. The hotel is just 400m away from Passeig De Gracia. In addition, Passeig De Gràcia Metro Station is just a short walk away. Famous local attractions Sagrada Familia, Club Coliseum and Barcelona y Flamenco, can all be reached with a short walk. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Barcelona hotel features parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The hotel's location couldn't be better. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Casa Batlló, and for Sagrada Familia, it's a 5-minute walk to the metro, then just three stops on the L2 line. From the airport, taking the A1 bus to Plaça de Catalunya, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend that walk in the midday sun. The bus ticket is 7.75 euros per person, while an Uber is around 30 euros. I was really impressed with the bathroom; it had a separate bathtub and shower, and everything was very new. The bedding was comfortable, and the surrounding area felt safe. As a newly renovated hotel, everything was spotlessly clean. In the lobby, there were marshmallows and lemon-mint water available, and the security guard at the entrance was very friendly."
Environment: The location is not bad, not far from where to go
Service: Stayed for many days, there is a night shift for a man's service attitude is very good, others feel very proud.
Hygiene: not good
The hotel is in a small alleyway in the town, the navigation is directly past, knowing that there is no parking lot in advance, but did not expect the cost of the paid parking lot is quite high, 16 Euros a night! There is no elevator in the hotel, and our three girls are slightly depressed with three big boxes! The triple room we stayed in was alleyway, very noisy! But breakfast is not bad! The whole town is not far from the beach. Of course, it is definitely not the distance to wear a swimsuit and barefoot! The room is not very spacious but acceptable.
