I came to Dalian for a marathon, and the room rate was very affordable. The room was neat and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service attitude was excellent. It's about 100 meters from the subway entrance and very close to Dalian Station. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and breakfast shops all nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian.

First time in Dalian, and it was a fantastic experience. My flight was late, so I didn't arrive until almost midnight. The owner was incredibly patient, waited up for me, and even came to the lobby to meet me personally. He also upgraded my room type! The room was very spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The living room and bedroom were also separated. From the window, I had a direct view of Donggang and could overlook the city. A truly wonderful experience. Dalian is beautiful, the hotel is great, and the owner is very handsome!

Environment: The hotel is very close to the seaside. It is convenient to drive. The room is very clean and you can see the sea when you open the window. Service: The service is attentive and the lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic. The suite we stayed in was suitable for a family trip. The room was large and both the elderly and children were happy. The hotel breakfast is also good.

The room offered a sea view, which was lovely. Having a washing machine and a fridge was a huge plus, and all the appliances and furniture felt quite new and were in good working order. They even provided branded toiletries and a decent kettle, and the TV worked perfectly – truly impressive. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the space felt very generous, complete with a wardrobe, sofa, and even a kitchen. Downstairs, there were all sorts of shops, and it was close to the subway station, making it incredibly livable. Honestly, it felt more comfortable than some long-term rentals I've had in other cities. My few days of vacation truly felt like 'living.' I could sleep in until I naturally woke up, then go see the sea, visit attractions, fly kites, go mudlarking, and feed pigeons and seagulls. I even managed to wake up early one day to catch the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. At night, I'd stroll through the night market, find a spot to eat while listening to live music (it's great to find a seat!), and then head back to watch TV until I felt sleepy before drifting off. Each day was perfectly rounded and wonderful.

As expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

Absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step inside, you can tell it's a guesthouse with a great artistic vibe. We traveled during the off-peak season, so parking right outside was incredibly easy. The rooftop view is amazing, and the tatami bed was super comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. There were five of us, and having two sinks in the room was really convenient and clean. The shower and toilet were also separate, which was great. I'm not much of a photographer, so I didn't take many pictures, but the room truly is beautiful. The basement level is a coffee shop, and I imagine taking photos there while having afternoon tea would turn out wonderfully! Since I had my child with me, I just took my drink back to the room. Next time, I'll definitely come without the kids! Service: The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gentle. When we checked out, we had a small issue with the key card due to our own mistake, but they patiently helped us resolve it, allowing us to end our trip on a perfect note.

During check-in and check-out, the room attendant even thoughtfully helped with luggage. Check-in guidance and parking were also taken care of, and they even sent me a text message in the morning, which was incredibly helpful. Disposable towels and other amenities were provided. Overall, the hotel was good. The price was reasonable, and the environment was clean. The toothbrush shed a bit, but otherwise, it was fine. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Dalian again. My husband, who originally disliked apartment-style accommodations, also said he'd stay here again if he ever moves in!

Before my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

My stay at the InterContinental Dalian COSCO Shipping was excellent overall, truly living up to the consistent high standards of the InterContinental brand. I booked an Executive Room, which was very comfortable. The general upkeep and attention to service details were impeccable. The Executive Lounge offers an outstanding view, perfect for admiring both the city and sea. Even though the weather wasn't the best these past two days, the lounge's view was still impressive and definitely enhanced my entire stay. I also had the chance to use the Executive Lounge's meeting room, which was quiet, private, and very convenient – highly practical for guests with business needs. I'd especially like to thank Eric Sun Yong from the Concierge team. From check-in to check-out, he was incredibly diligent and meticulous in assisting me with my luggage, providing warm and thoughtful service throughout, which made me feel very much at ease. Sherry and Jimmy at the front desk were also very professional; both check-in and check-out were seamless, especially the efficient and smooth check-out process, which was a great experience. Overall, the InterContinental Dalian COSCO Shipping, whether it's the facilities, the Executive Lounge, business convenience, or the professionalism and service-mindedness of the staff, truly reflects the expected quality and consistent standards of the InterContinental brand. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Dalian.
