we had a very good time at Bai Yun Hotel and had attentive care and service by 经理黄星华. she brought us to our rooms personally, introduced the functions inside (eg how to use heater etc) and regularly checks in with us to make sure that we are comfortable, well stayed and happy. moreover, she helps to give recommendations and live updates on sunset and sunrise timings and locations. we had a wonderful experience thanks to her well thought service and thank you for the local snacks for our hike down! ❤️

The hotel is I'm a great location for sunset viewing and easily accessed from Yungu cable car. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food was excellent! We would highly recommend a stay here! Lovely 4 star hotel with comfy beds and pillows and big down jackets fro you to borrow to watch sunset or sunrise!

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the hotel’s breakfast and location to the responsiveness of our assigned caretaker: 小河(XiaoHe). Upon arrival I added 小河’s WeChat and was shown - on a map - what I could expect to see given the length of our stay. I was even given information about the likelihood of a clear sunset/sunrise - and when my girlfriend needed it 小河 called the mountain clinic to purchase Pain killers! My favorite part of the hotel will have to be its location. It’s a 30 minute walk from YunGu cablecar, a 10 minute walk from a good sunset/sunrise spot!

First time staying at Hefei Grand Hyatt, but it wasn’t my first visit to Hefei. My stay was perfect, the attention and service of the manager Daisy was absolutely perfect, they really take care of the customers. I was staying at the 51th floor, in the Suite Deluxe the view is amazing, the room is huge and super luxurious, the modern decoration is also superb. I have been previously at Hefei Langham and Intercontinental, those are great hotels, but I think the Grand Hyatt is still by far the best choice

Nice hotel at Tangkouzhen. Staff cannot speak English but very supportive by the translate app. From here we can walk at evening to explore the town (lower the bride) with many shop and restaurants. Hotel also have a good restaurant at the ground you can enjoy with ok price. Walk 800m to the bus station to Huangshan.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

The young lady at reception was extremely helpful to assist with transport, directions and travel advise. In general, all the staff were v helpful. Rooms were clean and the smart features were a value-add to the hotel. Lotsa amenities and restaurants within walking distance. We left our luggage at the hotel while we climbed huangshan. Location was within the huangshan scenic area which was right next to the transport hub (see image) to the huangshan cable car stations. That made it v convenient if U’re climbing huangshan but posed some confusion to taxi and private-hire as it’s within a gated compound. But all tat aside, We’l definitely return again is we visited huangshan in future.

Location = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan. Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

Very convenient located to the Huangshan Park Entrance. Need to take a didi after alighting the public bus from Huangshan North Station to the hotel. Walking is abt 4km. Didi is abt 8rmb. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transport to wherever you like to visit. The food served at the restaurant within the hotel is very nice. There are many other restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean and big. The view from the Bridge nearby is superb with huangshan at the background. There are massage nearby after your hard day at the Huangshan national park.

A rare gem of a hotel . The decor was blended with art , culture , greenery ,nature into a historical old estate . Its very beautifully articulated ,from the moment we step into the compound , our eyes àre feasting at the beautiful setup at hall , the room , the gardens , terrace , passage way , lightings and everything . Despite being in the heart of thne properous tunxi old street , within the hotel compound its peacefully quiet and serene . Owner assist you via wechat instantaneously . Our room was upgraded upon checkin . We thoroughly enjoy our stay in 昱见8号院.

My family booked it for me. I came here to try it out. It was pretty good and worth the money. My granddaughter liked the chicken noodle soup. The girl at the front desk also gave me a baby toy, which was very thoughtful. The carpets in the room were clean, which made people feel at ease.

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. The floor is high and there is no noise if the windows are closed. It is convenient for shopping and far from the subway station. The room is quite big, and there are free drinks. The bath water is also very big. Overall, I am very satisfied.

It’s right after exiting highway, so traffic is not a problem. View from room and breakfast options are good. Bathroom was luxurious with nice jacuzzi.

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip and even prepared late night snacks on weekday evenings. The aunt’s service is really good and the noodles are delicious😋

This is a new hotel with good decoration. My colleagues all stayed in this hotel when they came to Wuhu on business trips. We traveled together. Hahaha. It is close to the high-speed rail station. It is very convenient to get there by taxi. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is also a light rail station next to it. It is not crowded and it takes only ten minutes to get to Yaohan. There are residential buildings in the community outside the window. It is not very messy. Many colleagues book this hotel when they are on business trips. It is a relatively good hotel in the development zone, with good hardware and services. Except that the room has a slight musty smell and needs to open the window for ventilation. Jean asked for advice when I checked out today and gave me a gift pen. Recommended, I will choose this hotel next time.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

I went to Fantawild Nightlife with my friends and chose Wanda Hotel, which has a good location. May, the front desk, was very friendly and arranged a lake view room. The view was great. I liked the murals in the room. The room was quiet at night and comfortable to sleep. Grunt, the front desk, took the initiative to remind me to record the license plate when I checked out. It was warm! I will stay with my friends next time if I have the chance!

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

Located in the downtown area, next to the light rail. There are 24-hour food around. The room is well furnished, with a 2-meter bed and toilet. Although the room is only 22 square meters, it has everything. The most important thing is that the price is still very low, it is worth staying.
