The room can get a bit hot at night! 🛀 Bathing: You can ask the hotel for a disposable bathtub liner, which is very reassuring. After a bath, close the curtains and you can have a good night's sleep. 💡 Summary: For this window view, I'd be willing to come again. The facilities may be old, but the service is excellent, and the scenery is priceless.

Airport Civil Aviation Manhattan Hotel: Located on the 4.8 Highway near Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport, Lanzhou New District, Lanzhou City. At that time, I was on the plane from Shanghai and then contacted the hotel and said that there was a pick-up service. After landing, I immediately called them. They were really efficient. It was about a minute or so. The driver has contacted me, just like the special car, and it didn't take long to pick up and leave. Then talk about the hotel front desk. The service is perfect. I smoked outside and they said it was too cold outside. Really touched. And there is a drop-off service. Departure every hour 🌳 Environment introduction: I believe you can see clearly from the photos. The photo was taken after I checked in. Did you not have time before you checked in? 🏠 layout/room type: Just look at the photo, big, not satisfied, haha 💁 Facilities and services: Three Fort 24 Hour Hot Water Floor Heating Air Conditioning Hot Water kettle Toiletries TV, etc. 🏝 Surrounding Tour TIPS: Because it is the main civil aviation hotel, and then there is a sea of flowers near the airport about4.6 kilometers!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

Staying at the Sheraton Zhongsheng in Lanzhou was absolutely worth it! The moment I walked in, I was touched by the thoughtful service from the concierge, especially Lucky, who was incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious and tidy, and some room types even offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Yellow River – the night view was breathtaking. The bedding was soft and made for a great night's sleep. Smart bathroom fixtures and a Dyson hairdryer were a super thoughtful touch. The freshly made beef noodles at breakfast were surprisingly authentic. The gym and heated pool facilities were excellent. With direct subway access and surrounded by shopping districts, it's super convenient for getting around and dining out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. I will stay here next time.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. The amenities are a plus: gym and laundry (but no dryer) for free and swim and massage (worth trying!) available on top. Breakfast is also amazing. Room is very spacious and little welcome gifts are provided, which is cute. However there is a very annoying smell of cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE. I usually don’t mind cigarette smoke but here it was very intense and disturbing. Also, no one in the staff speaks English or is equipped with any translation tool. The personnel seemed annoyed every time we were trying to communicate with them and couldn’t provide any help. So I think for Chinese standards this is a good hotel but I would say it is not the most suitable for international guests.

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

The hotel is the best in Longnan, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, excellent service and rich breakfast. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with all kinds of new appliances. The hotel environment is very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel also has a constant temperature swimming pool and fitness and entertainment venues. The Thai seafood buffet on the first floor is a feast for the eyes, with seafood, steak, roasted lamb legs and fruits, which are dazzling and beautiful...

This is my second time staying in the hotel. When I entered the lobby, the waiter was still the same as before, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room was very carefully decorated, clean and tidy. For those who want to spend a pleasant night in Lanzhou, this is a good choice. The hotel has a superior geographical location and high-quality service. It can relax your body and mind and feel the charm of Lanzhou. It is worth recommending and giving it a thumbs up. There are also many dishes in the buffet, which I like very much. The self-service laundry is very convenient. In short, it was a good stay!
