"Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation.
There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors"

"Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area. "

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."

"First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future"

"The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge."

Guest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

Guest UserWe had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

The experience is average: the room is too small, the corridor is very narrow, there seems to be a fire hazard, but fortunately, it is close to the sea, and there are many food shopping and food shops around, which is more convenient for tourists.
