Amazing service because from start to finish they tried their hardest to accommodate every request that we have. Thankfully the location we found out was in the middle of a shopping district. Wish they have laundry service

The hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.

The Tianyan Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of the volcano boasts a wonderful environment. The hot spring pools and restaurant offer direct views of the volcanic grasslands, providing a vast and tranquil panorama. At night, the bonfire crackles under a brilliant starry sky. The room facilities are new and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness of every corner is impeccable with no unpleasant odors. Both the hot spring area and guest rooms are very well-maintained. There are also outdoor hot spring pools available. The front desk service is warm and professional; staff proactively guided us and helped with our luggage all the way to our room. Manager Duan at the front desk was excellent, promptly addressing any needs we had. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served beautifully in individual portions. It includes authentic Mongolian milk tea and shao mai, fresh fruit, and freshly made yogurt pancakes by Auntie Xin. The combination of hot springs and a modern hotel offers a perfect experience. It's an ideal choice for a trip to the Ulan Hada Volcanoes – definitely worth trying!

I had a great impression of Ordos Yonggui Hotel. When checking in, Xiao Liang at the front desk saw that we were traveling with children, so he arranged an upgrade for us, making our stay more comfortable and happy! As soon as I arrived at the room, I was shocked by the layout of the room, which was great! I also saw a fireworks show ➕ fountain ⛲️, and the view on the 21st floor was particularly good! When I left the next day, maybe the child ate something wrong the day before, and vomited all over the hotel elevator. The front desk also promptly cared about whether the child was okay. I am really grateful 🙏 Thank you again Xiao Liang for helping us upgrade the room type!

The hotel is great, with a convenient location and excellent service. The front desk staff proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The breakfast spread was comprehensive and diverse, offering delicious food with local specialties. The hotel itself is large and impressive, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with complete facilities including bathing, a swimming pool, and a gym. For those driving, charging stations and a parking lot are also available. Highly recommend!

The hotel is gorgeous. I went during the winter so the amusement park was closed and there wasn't much to do around other then just seeing the hotel. The decor, paintings, and theme is spot on. However for such fancy hotel, the water pressure was really weak for the showers and they have no showerheads, only the ones screwed to the ceiling. Also it was really hot as the heat was cranked up, the thermostat on my room said 30degrees celcius the whole time. I called many times for them to lower the heat and I opened the windows to the bathroom and the room but they said heating was controlled centrally and could not be turned down. Even though the place was beautiful, the stay was quite uncomfortable, would not stay there another night. The hotel is also a little bit further from the city so it took a while to call a cab there for pick up.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The overall experience of staying in the hotel is very good. The hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The most humane thing is that the king-size bed room has four pillows, and these four pillows are of different heights, which can meet the needs of different people. The next day when we had breakfast, the hotel catering department staff also came to consult the guests about any suggestions and needs for the hotel breakfast. They are very attentive. I will definitely stay here next time.

I always choose this place when I travel for work. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the transportation is very convenient. It's definitely the top choice for business travelers. The breakfast is also very plentiful, with a variety of options, and the food tastes great.
