This hotel was surprisingly good for my two-night stay. The room layout is quite similar to a St. Regis. Since it was the off-season, they smoothly upgraded me to an executive double room, which was great. The staff's attitude and attentiveness are even better than many chain hotels I've stayed in; I really have to commend the management team. Several staff members were excellent: Zhang Xiaoqing and Hu Shuping. Also, the uncle who was standing outside guiding guests in the cold wind, Guan Liang. I wish them all the best. Considering the room's facilities, service, and location, I think it's definitely worth 800 for a standard room. However, the breakfast was just average. It even falls a bit short compared to the Ji Hotel across the street. I hope they can make the flavors more universally appealing. But overall, it was really great, highly recommended!

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Drum Tower in the very heart of the ancient city. It's incredibly close to all major attractions; Huayan Temple, Shanhua Temple, and Dongnanyi are all within 600-700 meters, making them easily accessible on foot. Popular internet-famous restaurants like Zini 369 and Longjuxiang are also just a three-minute walk away. Although the hotel has a classic, state-owned aesthetic, its service is far from old-fashioned and has kept pace with the times. The facilities are well-appointed, the restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance, and the breakfast features a wide selection of delicious options.

For this trip to Pingyao Ancient City, I chose the upscale Pingyao Libai Hotel. As expected of a Jinjiang Inn hotel, the entire hotel was spacious and bright, with warm and modern rooms. All the amenities were in place, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking was very convenient for those traveling by car, thanks to the hotel's on-site parking lot, which was in a prime location. The hotel environment was beautiful, and the staff were warm and attentive. Getting to Pingyao Ancient City was easy; it's not far from the West Gate and North Gate, just a short walk away. There are also many dining options nearby in the evenings. Staying at the Libai Hotel when visiting Pingyao Ancient City is a perfect choice!

Environment: The hotel is located near Baima Temple Mountain, offering a beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and peaceful setting. Facilities: The hotel opened in May and is fully equipped. The in-room hot spring pool is very comfortable, with ample water flow, fast Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast is also quite varied. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, and the hot spring center is also spotless! Service: The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent, both in the guest rooms and in the restaurant. The front desk staff is very welcoming and will personally explain the hotel facilities and escort them to your room. They also give a small gift upon check-out. My whole family is very satisfied with this hotel and will stay again! Fengyang Yitang Hot Spring 4-Hour Ticket (Includes a meal of your choice and unlimited fruit and drinks): The hot springs aren't large, but they are clean and provide ample leisure and entertainment. Food and drinks upstairs are all free.

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The environment is very good. It is really beautiful to go in this season. The space capsule is not bad to live in. The air is also very good. The space capsule is smart home. I will go there next time. Very suitable for falling in love and traveling as a couple. Quiet and hygienic. There are flowers everywhere. It’s beautiful to take pictures. It’s comfortable to live in. Fruits are also given.

Later I discovered that I was the Nian beast. I came during the Chinese New Year and left after herding the sheep and setting off firecrackers. As soon as the charger was unplugged, it was goodbye again tomorrow. I really miss my childhood. I could just play with a ball all afternoon, or I could Rush to the New Year greeting line, go to the front and ask for sweets. Growing up may be hiding tears in your eyes. I came to Linfen on a self-driving tour. When I was screening hotels online, I saw that this was a newly opened hotel, so I placed an order! I am really satisfied with the decoration style I like. The front office manager, Guo Tongtong, is very considerate and professional. She answers all my questions. The room is super clean and has green plants. Breakfast was good too. The laundry room is also nice, the washing machine tubs are very clean. Jiudian is particularly attentive and even prepared disinfectant laundry detergent, which is a great partner for me when doing laundry. In addition, the hotel's location has a great view. You can see the Fen River here. It's a thumbs up! Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.
