"Nice room and hotel. Front of house service were absolutely terrible. They did not explain to me that parking was an additional fee, they simply took my registration. They should be transparent with the fact that parking is an additional fee on site, not trying and hide that until the clients invoice arrives?! Breakfast was actually quite good as long as you're not expecting 5 or 6* food. It was delicious and good sustenance. Location is super. Right near Regent's Park. Not the most appealing hotel from outside, but inside is fine. Last point, while th decorations/renovations are great, they could have installed new showers. The bathtub shower is tiny, difficult to stand in and the water pressure was appalling. Would I stay here again? No. Was it a decent hotel? Yes. Was the price appropriate per night? This is London, nothing is priced appropriately. Enjoy your stay!"

Fantastic location! Plus, the room was a spacious suite. Even though the lighting wasn't the best, it did have two small windows. The welcome fruit was a nice touch, and there was even a bottle of red wine – definitely felt like a special occasion. And the breakfast was delicious too. Worth it!

Room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The room was ideal for 3 of us - we had a mini cooler. However, despite 3 people being on the booking, they only provided 2 towels. This was quickly rectified, but this attention to detail would have been easier upfront. Early check in is also expensive. Be aware that the last DLRs back end just before 1am so potentially not the most ideal for a late night, but overall we had a great stay and I’d definitely return

Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms.

Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

Our family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Tower of London. While we were queuing for check-in, a waiter offered us white wine, and the thoughtful dry white was really good! The waiting area had large sofas and lemon water, perfect for a short rest 💤. The room truly exceeded expectations – it was spacious and very comfortable, even with slippers provided. It felt much better overall than other well-known brand hotels we booked in the city! I forgot my power bank in the waiting area, couldn't find it when I went back down, but after asking the lovely lady at the front desk, they had found and kept it for me, which I really appreciated! Oh, and breakfast was also fantastic!

InterContinental Hotels LONDON - THE O2 by IHG

I really can't help but complain about this hotel. It's not cheap, but it's incredibly hard to find. They say it's connected to The O2, but it's very far from the subway station and extremely difficult to locate, with very few signs. Also, the check-in and check-out process was the longest I've ever experienced. On top of that, the mini-bar in the room was ridiculously expensive, and they didn't specify which items were chargeable or provide prices in advance. I only drank two bottles of water and took out a biscuit but didn't touch it, and they deducted £33 from my deposit. If it weren't for the Ariana Grande concert, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel at all. It's definitely the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at in terms of service. However, there were some pleasant surprises. The room facilities and the view were top-notch and worth the price. It's just the service and the location that are hard to overlook.

Limehouse Library Hotel

Great

Two nights in this literary haven felt like stepping into a piece of London’s history. What was once the Limehouse Public Library has been reborn as a hotel full of warmth, art and character, with every room named after a writer, scientist or thinker. The building itself is stunning – grand original architecture outside, rich wood panelling, bookshelves and eclectic decor inside. It’s quiet, atmospheric and far more memorable than a standard city hotel. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean, with thoughtful details that tie back to its namesake figure. Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with a wonderful variety, and the little library lounge is perfect for a quiet coffee or read. The Turkish hammam and rooftop terrace are lovely bonus facilities too. Handy for public transport, away from the noise of central London but still well connected. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a stay with real soul.

Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s

The hotel's location is great, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral and within walking distance to the Museum of Contemporary Art. The family room was small, and the bathroom was tiny, barely allowing us to open a 30-inch suitcase. The rooftop bar requires reservations and is for guests aged 21 and over. Luggage storage is available, and early check-in is possible if a room is ready; we checked in at 1:30 PM. Overall, the location and service were good, and the room was quiet, but the facilities are only on par with a 3-star hotel in China. It's more suitable for couples.

It's really close to the airport, so it's a good option for early flights or late arrivals! For convenience, staying one night and making do is totally fine! The only weird thing is someone kept knocking on the door, and I have no idea who it was. ~ Overall, it's manageable, but the parking isn't cheap – online it said £35, but it was actually £40 a day.

Overall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.
