There are brand new steps with a railing at the end of the dock for easy access into the lake. It is only 3 feet deep at the end of the dock. This is great for kids and swimming activities. We welcome you to bring your boat/ jet ski and moor (on the dock posts) at our dock, just be aware of the water depth especially for the bigger boats. We have an old orange buoy hanging from a tree for reference when coming in from the lake.The garage has been refinished from floor to ceiling and turned into a gaming room galore. There is a brand-new mini split for heating/cooling the garage, and new insulated doors to keep the heat in during the winter months. The remote can be a little confusing so we ask that you don’t change anything other than the up/down buttons for the temperature. Take family pics in front of the custom designed Pac-man wall or the kids graffiti mural.Memorial Day through Labor Day there will be dock access, kayak's, life vests, and lawn games. These dates can vary (weather dependent). There is a propane grill with all the essential tools on the back deck. The driveway has plenty of parking, enough for 7 vehicles if needed. There is a basketball in the garage for the outdoor hoop. The laundry room has a brand-new washer & dryer for all that lake laundry. - Oneida Shores is a quick 5 min drive to launch your boat/jet skis. They also have a nice beach area with lifeguards. - Syracuse is only 20 mins away.
