Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right behind it is the commercial center Flosmarti Square, and just down from the square is Váci Street, which leads directly to the Central Market. The Parliament Building is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room features a great wet/dry separation, and the design is very well thought out, with a spacious shower. The hotel's room service is excellent; they even come in every afternoon to turn down the bed, tidy up, and close the curtains to create a perfect sleeping atmosphere. The front desk check-in was a bit frosty. Initially, when we arrived around 1 or 2 PM, they insisted check-in was strictly at 3 PM. However, after asking someone nearby, who might have been a manager, they said we could check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

Nice and big room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom nice, modern, and big. Breakfast was nice with many food options. Overall very clean. Right next to Exhibition and not too far from city center.

The hotel is a wonderful experience to stay in particular if you appreciate historical flair. Definitively the spa and swimming pool is a great place to visit. It was included in our room category, but for other room rates may not include it and you need to pay for the spa and swimming pool. The personal was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful as well, however, the served coffee at the breakfast was terrible. It was not only on one day but seems to be a general feature. I wonder why this five star location does not invest in a high level coffee facility. But at least the room had a small pad coffee machine which allowed to have a good coffee! The general experience in this hotel was exceptional!

We arrived very late at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. We book Matlid King room at room 105 , the room is very spacious and very advance IOT use in the room eg: electric curtain, lighting & air conditioners. The bathroom is very beautifully decorated with blue & gold tiles with big bathtub enough for 2 persons to soak together. Bathroom Experience: 10/10 They provide very comfortable bed, mattress, pillows and blanket. We had excellent 3 nights rest The hotel serve most delicious breakfast with lots of various options to choose from, I can say one of the best Breakfast for our this Europe trip. The staffs are very attentive and well-trained. breakfast Experience: 10/10 A must try dinner at Wolfgang Puck if you stay here, the chefs are super talented to create delicious art dinner. I enjoyed their Door to door cocktail as well.

I booked this hotel because it was difficult to find accommodation due to the Champions League, and hotels were in high demand. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's very convenient with easy access to the subway and other transport links, making it easy to get anywhere. When I first checked in, my room had a sound similar to a fan. Although European service might be a bit slow, they eventually moved me to a quiet room, which I really appreciate!

Continental Comfort in Budapest 🏩 For €260 a night 💶, the “junior suite” delivers big on comfort — a bed you’ll melt into 🛏️, pillows with personality, and a breakfast omelette 🍳 that could win awards. The staff are genuinely lovely 😊, and the building itself has a historic glass dome that makes you stop and stare. Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌. Solid 4.5 ⭐ in my book Hotel with a business vibe, a bit tricky location if you plan to use public transportation, because the majority of the routes require either switching lines or extra walking, but if you're looking for a dipped in green, quiet area, overlooking the Danube River, this would be the perfect one. And if you're driving that's going to be easy for you. The view of the river and Margaret Island are amazing. Amenities are pretty decent, spectacular gym with multiple devices, split to 2 floors. Has a best spa, including saunas, jacuzzi (with the varying temperatures), although the swimming pool was inactive during August, which was really disappointing especially for the kids. Breakfast was very good, though repetitive, but most will be very happy with variety and coffee and drinking options as well. Staff is very accommodating and is quickly attending any issue raised. We stayed in a Junior Suite room, that was very pleasant and modern and fully compatible for our 2+2 room capacity.
