Fantastic hotel for anyone who drive. Free Car park with lots of spaces. The facility is very clean, spacious room, both indoor and outdoor hot spring. Really there is nothing to complain in this hotel. It is located in a fairly decent neighborhoods and able to provide this standard of hot spring is phenomenal. One of the best stay we had in this journey. Highly Recommended.

The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels, with enough space to open a suitcase, and well-equipped. The breakfast is exceptionally plentiful, there's a large supermarket downstairs, and delicious ramen nearby. Plus, the transportation is super convenient.

Service: The service quality of the waiter was very good, as always, meticulous, and photos were sent. Environment: The room we stayed in had a sense of age But we booked the main building, but were arranged to stay in the other building. The main building and the other building are connected, and the breakfast is of the same standard, but in fact there is a price difference, and the facilities in the main building are newer. It is unknown whether the price difference was deliberately booked in the other building, or the agent made a mistake, or the hotel deliberately arranged it. People who choose to stay later need to pay attention to whether they are staying in the main building.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with attentive service from the lobby staff. The lobby manager who greeted us was a local from Nara. We initially communicated using translation software, but later discovered he also spoke Chinese; apparently, he had studied in Shanghai, China. This young man not only provided enthusiastic service but also recommended and booked seats at nearby izakayas for us. A big thumbs up! 👍

As a top-tier hotel in Nara, I was quite satisfied with both the outdoor and indoor environments, as well as the service during check-in and dining. However, the downside was that when I returned to my room after sightseeing, there was an empty wine bottle and box (which should have been trash) inexplicably in the corner. If it was left behind during housekeeping, this kind of oversight should not happen in a hotel with such good service.

I want to go to the nearby mountains, and it is a difficult place to find accommodation in Osaka and Kyoto on weekends. There is also a hiking course, but the schedule was changed due to physical strength and weather on the day. It was different from the schedule because I arrived in the afternoon and left in the morning. After the rain, the dreamy lake in the evening left an impression on me. The accommodation carni uses electric cars, but the transportation costs are expensive, and there are no convenience stores nearby, or restaurants open in the evening, so I walked down to Ikoma Station, but it took 30 to 40 minutes by stairs. ㅠ (my knee) It's better to eat and go up to shop in advance. The accommodation was also high, so the view was good, and the hot spring was good to be able to book for an hour. No English, I recommend using an interpreter.

The location of this hotel is hard to describe. Across the street is a Japanese cemetery. Don't stay here if you mind. It's a long way from Wakakusa Mountain, a certain distance from the station, and a little far from the bustling commercial street. The important thing is that this hotel sees that you are Chinese and can't speak Japanese. They are not enthusiastic at all and don't say hello when they see you. It is completely different from other Japanese hotels. However, the room is relatively large, the price is relatively cheap, and the environment is relatively new. If you don't consider those things, you can choose it.

The front desk lady smiled kindly and reminded me of the surrounding traffic routes when checking in. The details were perfect! The room was even more surprising! The room was spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows had a wide view, and the softness of the bedding was comparable to the Simmons mattress at home. The service was really heartwarming.
