Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! - 5-10mins walk to the old town centre, 1min from the shopping mall, easy to get there, very convenient! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are tidied and clean! Halls and shared spaces are just what we needed for the group of 11 friends. Plus: Drinkable water is refillable at any time.

Located in Bielawa, don't pull me to this small town forest park, an extremely warm and quiet ”inn”. Amazingly large room, clean and tidy. The warm, lovely and polite reception at the front desk makes people feel at home. The lively and handsome little brother is very good at driving the dining atmosphere. The handsome guy in Poland is very handsome, the beauty is beautiful, and the lingering. The area of nearly 35 square meters is also a handful in Europe. European hotels are generally 10-20 Ping without parking. If it weren't for various reasons, I would definitely stay two more nights and take a look.
