The driver was extremely reliable, providing punctual pick-up and drop-off, driving smoothly, and demonstrating a deep familiarity with the roads and routes. The stunning scenery of Spruce Meadow is incredibly photogenic, and combined with the attentive and reliable service, the entire trip was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! It was fantastic; they gave us plenty of time between the two cable car rides. The driver was also excellent, reminding us of the cable car schedules around the same time and providing clear directions for both the cable car and the bus, making it easy to find our way. The customer service representative was very helpful, checking on our physical condition after we came down from the mountain, offering many suggestions, and recommending several good restaurants.
