It rained during the hike, so we missed the sunrise over the mountain, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, the driver was excellent, providing patient and detailed explanations throughout the journey. We avoided any pitfalls or unnecessary expenses. A huge thumbs up to Mr. Zhou! His license plate number is YunPMZ992. My wife and I had a great experience, and we'll definitely bring our friends next time. We'll definitely hire Mr. Zhou again!

The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain day trip was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned, and the round-trip transportation was hassle-free and smooth. We successfully reached the 4680-meter viewing platform for close-up views of the magnificent glaciers. On the way down, we visited Blue Moon Valley, where the crystal-clear lake was stunning – perfect for taking photos. The tour guide was attentive, reminding us of altitude sickness precautions in advance. The snow-capped mountain scenery was breathtaking and therapeutic; it was definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Lijiang!

Even though I don't speak a single word of Chinese, the guide was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we met in the morning until the tour began. They provided warm clothing, oxygen, and bottled water, and ensured everything—including Yunshanping and Yulong Snow Mountain—followed the schedule perfectly. Thank you, guide. However, there is a slight downside to everything. Although the schedule stated we would arrive in Lijiang by 6:00, the departure time for Yulong Snow Mountain was 5:30, and we arrived back in Lijiang at 7:00. Of course, this was due to some travelers arriving late, but it was a bit disappointing.

If you want to book a tour, you should carefully research the itinerary and the places you'll visit to avoid confusion. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and dedicated. The tour wasn't crowded, and since it was a group tour, the time was flexible; you just needed to be on time for the meeting and you were free to do as you pleased.

Thank you to our guide, Mr. Hu, for leading us on a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Mr. Hu is reliable and responsible. Before departure, he meticulously reminded us of precautions against cold, sun, and altitude sickness, and explained how to use oxygen cylinders. The itinerary was well-planned, with appropriate time allocation for the cable car and Blue Moon Valley, maintaining a relaxed pace. The entire trip was a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops. He also cared about the health of the group members and recommended photo spots. There are two areas for improvement: his Mandarin is not very standard, making some content difficult to understand; and his explanations along the way were somewhat straightforward and lacked engaging elements. Overall, the trip was smooth and safe.

Our tour leader, Sister Xiong, was incredibly thoughtful!! She provided excellent pre-departure information, clearly explaining the meeting time, vehicle license plate number, and important notes. She reminded us to bring our ID cards, dress appropriately (avoiding flip-flops and high heels), and paid attention to every detail. The coordination was smooth and punctual, the itinerary was well-planned, and all the mountain-related instructions were clearly explained. Overall, the tour experience was fantastic.
