Brian is a very knowledgeable guide. Efficient but flexible to attend to our request. We are able to cover places around Seoul efficiently including direct experience with local communities in Seoul. I had a chance to purchase my own signature stamp :). And strolling around Insadong was very fulfilling.★

We did the all-day group tour with Crystal today! She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so well, answering every question with so much patience and poise. Despite it being a long day, everything was so smooth and well organised. Crystal was attentive to the group throughout, making sure everyone stayed together and adjusting the pace to accommodate the older folks of our group. You could really tell she cared about making sure everyone had a good experience. As a bonus, we also instantly clicked with a group of women on the tour, which made the day even more memorable! If you’re looking for a great way to hit some of Korea’s highlights, I’d highly recommend this tour. And if you get Crystal as your guide, you’re in great hands. 💗 #TeamCrystal★

Lynn was very nice, clear, engaged. she knows her stuff! helpful with advice on food choices, locating of bathrooms, kept on time. she was able to go with the flow as our group size increased quite a bit at the last minute.
