The bus platform is right downstairs from where you exit immigration. Exchanging tickets was smooth; the staff scanned my code and gave me the actual ticket! The platform was easy to find, and the driver was surprisingly young and very friendly, guiding me through the luggage area. The bus was especially comfortable and even had a USB charging port – it took me right to downtown Seoul!★

You can use the number issued by Trip.com by entering it on the train ticket payment screen of the AREX official booking site. I was worried I wouldn't make my reserved train, so I changed my train reservation on the official site, but there were no problems! I'm very satisfied! I proceeded through the official site from the screen shown in the photo!★

Easy booking process through trip.com. You are only allowed to pass the gantry 30 minutes before your train departs. There is a ticket vending machine right outside the gantry. Clear directions signs in Seoul Station. Train is clean and comfy, a quick and inexpensive way to get to Incheon airport from Seoul station.★
