It was great! Pick up and drop off were smoth. Instructions to meet up at different times were clear. There was enough time and space to wander around on my own for each stop. Mr Wang was kind, friendly, chill and helpful. Impression Lijiang was amazing, unlike any show i've seen before.

We booked a private tour Snow Jade Mountain package and had a smooth, pleasant experience. The driver picked us up near our hotel and sent us to the location, then back again after. While there’s no physical tour guide, the WeChat support was excellent. There was a whole team assisting us (not just one person), and they were very responsive throughout. At one point we got lost, but they guided us step-by-step on where to go, including which shuttle bus to take. It was very reassuring knowing help was always available. The driver was friendly and punctual too. What we really appreciated was how the team kept checking in on us during the trip. Everything was arranged in advance — cable car tickets, Lijiang show, and Blue Moon Valley entrance etc so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend this for travellers who want privacy without a guide. My husband and I truly enjoyed the experience.
