I highly recommend Teacher Zhou from Xiucai Shuo! He has a solid foundation of knowledge, and his explanations are lively, engaging, and never boring. He vividly recounts the architectural ingenuity of the Forbidden City, the historical anecdotes surrounding its artifacts, and the history of the Ming and Qing dynasties, covering many details not found in books. His route planning is excellent, preventing unnecessary detours, and he is patient and attentive throughout, answering all questions. Following his guidance is the only way to truly understand the Forbidden City. This trip to the Forbidden City was incredibly rewarding; five stars!

A great tour! It's very convenient that you can see three main sights in one day. Of course, the tours aren't very detailed and the guide doesn't tell much, but it's more than good for a first introduction! The guide, Van, is pleasant and patient.

We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.
