- You must exchange your boarding pass and book your seat directly at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter at least one hour before your desired departure time. Please note that seats are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- During peak hours, we recommend making bookings via email or phone. Seats reserved by phone or email can only be held until 60 minutes before the ferry's departure time. Once the departure time is within 60 minutes, any unclaimed seats will be released to other passengers.

- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
- This product travels between 2 countries, so customs checks are required in both. Please follow the customs requirements of each country and prepare your visa according to your country/region's visa policy.
After successful purchase, you will receive an e-voucher provided by the supplier. Please present the complete e-voucher, as partial screenshots will be considered invalid.
- Passengers must check in at the pre-immigration boarding gate at least 45 minutes before ferry departure.

Visa requirements and entry procedures:
- Guests who need to apply for a 30-day visa on arrival can complete the payment through the system while scanning the QR code. After payment, they can use the automatic gates like other travelers upon arrival at Batam Center Ferry Terminal.
- Guests who require a special short-term visa (seven days) must go to the manual counter to complete their application.
- Singapore permanent residents and guests who need to apply for a visa on arrival must use the traditional entry process and cannot use the automated gates.
- Guests who have successfully obtained a physical visa do not need to scan a QR code. They can use the automatic gate directly upon arrival as their information is already recorded in the system.

- Please complete this at least 3 days before departure to ensure smoother entry procedures at the ferry terminal and reduce waiting times upon arrival.
