Their service is very good and the time can adjust according to your preference time. The driver 啊弟 very helpful and thoughtful.. she even drive further the drop off point just to allow us to buy some food to eat for lunch after knowing we didn’t had our lunch earlier👍★

The driver was super nice, the horseback riding was fantastic, the customer service representative was very professional, and the weather was great on the day of the trip. Highly recommended! For just over 100 yuan, you get horseback riding, boating, a visit to a farm, transportation, and lunch included – amazing value! The entire travel agency's process was seamless, and everyone was very responsible. Five stars! Highly recommended!★

We booked a private trip in Lijiang to explore the areas around Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Initially, the plan included several stops, but we ended up visiting only Tianhua Valley and Baisha Ancient Town and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
Tianhua Valley was absolutely stunning, with unique landscapes and countless beautiful photo spots. We spent much longer there than planned because every corner felt worth capturing.
Baisha Ancient Town was equally impressive. We were amazed by the strong local culture and authenticity, and couldn’t stop admiring the traditional atmosphere. We also enjoyed shopping there, as many items felt unique and meaningful.
Originally, we planned to visit Shuhe and Yuhu Ancient Village, but since we had already been to Blue Moon Valley, we chose a different experience instead.
Our driver, Xia Sheng, was neat, punctual, and spoke some English, which was very helpful.
Overall, Lijiang is beautiful we hope to return again.★

Our tour guide, Ye Fan, was incredibly dedicated! A huge shout-out to him! This trip was a fantastic experience! From the moment we boarded the bus, we felt his warmth and enthusiasm. He not only helped us with our luggage and found seats in advance, but also thoughtfully explained the precautions for going up the snow mountain.
The itinerary was perfectly balanced, without rushing us to see everything. He was always quick to help whenever anyone in the group needed assistance, making it feel like we were traveling with old friends.
The snow mountain was absolutely stunning, like something out of a painting. On a clear day, you can even see the golden sunrise over the mountains. It's definitely worth the trip!★

I finally went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, a place I'd been longing to visit! It was beautiful, but also very crowded. I originally planned to do everything myself, but then I saw that the cable car tickets were in high demand, so I booked a day trip through Ctrip – much easier and less hassle. Before booking, I repeatedly consulted customer service, and they were always patient and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The day before the trip, driver Wang Xiaodong added me on WeChat, informing me of the itinerary and important information, including where to board the bus. Driver Wang Xiaodong was very easygoing and kind. Because I had some personal issues and didn't quite understand some things, he patiently explained everything to me repeatedly, including how to get on and off the bus, and how to enjoy the sights. He always did his best to help me. I'm very grateful to driver Wang Xiaodong and your customer service. Thank you.★

Overall, a good experience, but not worth the price.
The guide was punctual and friendly, with a small group of three, which was pleasant. Communication was via a translation app. Water, oxygen, and a jacket were provided.
However, for this price, there are similar excursions that are cheaper. The only real advantage is the small group size. Sunrise from a standard platform, followed by the sightseeing (60 yuan for electric transport, the bus is free). Some parts can be done on foot, so there's no need to pay for everything. The locations are beautiful but very touristy. I finished the tour an hour early, having something to eat and relaxing with a coffee. The organization was good, the meal was very short and not amazing, the feast wasn't particularly interesting, and there are other things to see and do in the area.
The show is the best part: truly beautiful and moving, not to be missed. Return around 3 pm.
👉 Conclusion: It's better to choose a cheaper option and keep the show.
