We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.★

Decided on the private tour as I have a young family. My tour guide Phoenix was amazing, adapting the itinerary and stories for our family needs. She was very engaging with the kids and took them to fun little spots to collect stamps. She even gifted us a beautiful map of the palace, which was a nice surprise.★

Our whole family booked a private small group guided tour of the Forbidden City. The experience with our personal guide was excellent. Our guide, Mr. Yang, was professional and attentive. He suggested we go early, and indeed, there were fewer tourists, making the experience much better. We had a relaxed and enjoyable time exploring the Forbidden City. It was a worthwhile and enjoyable trip, and I highly recommend it!★

Fortunately, we elderly folks had hired a tour guide and rented electric wheelchairs, making our three-hour tour of the Forbidden City very efficient and comfortable. The tour guide was incredibly patient and took great care of the elderly. His explanations were also very engaging. The weather was exceptionally nice yesterday, and everyone had a great time without feeling too tired.★
