Friendly staff, easy to check in. Good security, each floor is access by card. Strategic location, near to jonker street, our suite has beautiful view, rooms are clean. Strongly recommended, will come back again.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

The four night I was in Melaka means I had stayed in a different hotel for 3 nights, and I was very happy the fourth night I stayed at Amanjiwa 99 Residences it was really comfortable, the hotel was spacious the place was lively, clean, the swimming pool was clean, the one who kept the swimming pool was friendly I forgot to ask their names that I wanted to say to the Malay untie also the Indian men they were kind and friendly in conclusion I feel satisfied staying here now I put it on the list recommend to friends and relatives thank you Amanjiwa And there is another good news which is that there is a Mart as well as a restaurant👍

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.

Convenient check-in/location: The hotel is close to all the main attractions, making it very easy to get around by taxi! From the room, you can see the Encore Melaka theater. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the overall environment is pretty good! There's a convenience store and restaurant downstairs!

The price is reasonable but pictures are deceiving.. the actual interior of the apartment wasn't what I expected.. the floor feels Abit sticky and there is a smell of new furniture.. the furnishings used are very cheap kind. Not the premier room standard so I don't understand what is the difference between the deluxe room and the premier.. coz it seems like I paid for premier price but given deluxe room standard. The shower don't have area don't have at least curtains to keep the toilet area dry. Anyways ok la for just for a stopover night, price paid and the view..

Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

I think I need to inform the amenities here which will be useful for others. Amenities like toilet roll, plates, bowls, cups, hair dryer, soap, towel, ironing set, shampoo, laundry soap are all available. Excellent wifi. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not available. Everything is good, just that the sofa and 1 of the bed sank down at one side due to long term used by many tenants. (Maybe landlord can consider changing it) Each room comes with 2 queen size bed. One of the room has 2 extra mattresses. So it is able to accommodate around 10 pax. Location wise, it is good if you have a car. A 5 mins walk to a few restaurants. The more popular one requires to walk more but I have a baby that requires to push stroller. I didn’t try to go there as it seem difficult to cross the road. It is near to Melaka mall, Jonker street, aeon, Mahkota mall, Pantai Klebang. Taking grab cost between 10-25rm which is quite convenient during non peak hours. One thing inconvenient, grab car is unable to go in. So I have to walk out but understand it is for safety purpose. I thought my fan controller is spoil and they arranged a handy man up within 30 mins. Host is very quick in action. There were some rubbish left by previous owner which may be overlooked. Overall, for the price paid, it is still worth it. It is very spacious.
