The staff's English is a chalenge, but they are sweet, very polite and readily using translator, so we always found the answers to our questions.

DdaulyanovaIt was one of our best hotels. The staff was very polite and kind, they helped us with everything, booked tickets for us and suggested which route was better to choose. The hotel provides a shuttle service from the train station/airport, which is very convenient. And most importantly, they have a tea ceremony, please take advantage of this and get to know the culture better. Rooms with great views. The hotel is very cozy and clean. We had a great rest here. KKatiTranWe had a wonderful stay here as a family of four and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay.
What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us, which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free.
The staff also helped us a lot with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They assisted us with organizing our itinerary, making reservations, and answering all of our questions immediately whenever we needed support. It has been a long time since we experienced such genuine hospitality and kindness.
Although our first room had a few minor issues, the staff responded immediately and helped us without hesitation by arranging a new room for us right away. During our departure, we even noticed that the original room was already being renovated and the issues were being fixed, which really showed us how much the hotel cares about maintaining high standards and listening to guest feedback.
Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop terrace with a wonderful view over the city. The hotel location is also excellent, with major attractions and important sights reachable within just a few minutes on foot. The free laundry service was also a very convenient bonus during our trip.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Zhangjiajie. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

GGuest UserThis newly opened hotel was the most satisfying stay of my trip to Hunan! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The free afternoon tea and buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, and the rice noodles were absolutely superb. The butler service was attentive, helping us plan our routes, getting discounted tickets, and even providing free pick-up and drop-off to the East Gate. Laundry and parking were all free. It's a five-minute drive from the East Gate, quiet and peaceful, and just a ten-minute walk to the snack street. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely bring my family here again next time!

The overall decor of the tea room is quite nice, with everything you need: tea tables, full sets of tea ware, clean and sparkling teacups, and complete hot water facilities. It's ideal for a quiet solo tea session or chatting with friends. The shelves nearby are filled with various teas and decorative items, and the environment is wonderfully quiet and serene. After a tiring journey, brewing a pot of tea here, slowly sipping it, and reading a book instantly melts away travel fatigue. The space is tidy and clean, and the amenities are thoughtfully provided. Guests can enjoy it for free, making it suitable for business discussions or a casual break. The attention to detail really elevates the stay. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserI brought my parents to Zhangjiajie for the May Day holiday and after some consideration, we chose Shawn. The experience was excellent.
The location is great – convenient for dining and shopping, yet away from the bustling city center. There's a stream behind the hotel, and you can see Tianmen Mountain in the distance, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the activity.
The hotel environment is lovely, with a Shawn-themed design and stylish decor. It's well-equipped with a gym, family-friendly facilities, a bar, and dining options.
Upon check-in, we received a free room upgrade. The room was clean, the bedding spotless, and the orthopedic mattress was incredibly comfortable. We slept very well after two days of exploring Zhangjiajie.
The butler service was exceptional. The manager, front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff provided one-on-one service through a group chat, attending to every request promptly without being intrusive. It was a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserThe room is fully smart, with an automatic toilet and many functions that offer a great experience. They even thoughtfully prepared fruit, and the hairdryer provided was a Dyson. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a relaxing view of the mountain scenery. Breakfast was very rich, and the riverside scenery is beautiful, with butterflies fluttering in the garden – it's truly stunning! The butler was very attentive, providing us with a route that helped us avoid any pitfalls, and offering pick-up and drop-off services. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests!
They were also very receptive to our suggestions!

WWilliam AntoniusI had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were complete and very convenient during my stay. There is also a spacious public area which is perfect for relaxing, working, or hanging out with friends.
The host was very friendly and always active in helping guests whenever assistance was needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, just a 15-minute walk and a turn. It has a large terrace overlooking the stream, and there are many restaurants nearby. Although it says it opened in 2021, the hygiene is very good. We stayed in a king room with three people, and they generously gave us extra breakfast coupons for free. The breakfast spread was excellent.
The Charming Xiangxi Grand Theater is also a mere 3-minute walk to the right.
The best part is that the room has a spare key card constantly plugged in, so the power stays on even when you leave. This was perfect for charging power banks and other devices!
