The room was great, service was good, and the price was low – excellent value for money! I stayed for several days and it was very comfortable, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it. The lobby environment was nice, and the room facilities were pretty good. Xiao Du (AI assistant) was quite smart, thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely come again next time.

This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel.

Arrived in Wuzhen around noon, but didn't rush into the scenic area. First, I found a highly-rated restaurant on Dianping and enjoyed some white fish and glutinous rice wrapped in zong leaves with pork. The owner even gave us some complimentary fermented rice balls, which were delicious! After lunch, we checked into our accommodation within the scenic area. It was super convenient as a car took us directly to the entrance of Wangjingli. The room's decor had a touch of old Shanghai style! I absolutely loved the breakfast; it was a really pleasant meal. Strolling around the gardens within the complex was incredibly relaxing too.

★★★★★ Exceptional Nature-Luxury Escape Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou Senior Travel Writer TripAdvisor Review Stayed: 21 June 2026 Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou is one of those rare destinations that transcends the definition of a hotel. It is not simply accommodation it is an immersive, carefully curated encounter between nature, wildlife, and refined hospitality. From arrival, the atmosphere is immediately calming. The resort is set within an extensive natural landscape of bamboo groves, lakes, landscaped gardens and forested walkways. The scale of the environment creates a genuine sense of escape, where the noise of the outside world fades and is replaced by birdsong, greenery, and open space. The design philosophy of the resort is clearly rooted in harmony with nature. Buildings are low profile and discreet, allowing the surrounding environment to remain the dominant visual experience. Natural materials, open sightlines and soft architectural tones create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Our accommodation, the Deluxe Hideaway Room, was outstanding. Spacious, elegantly finished and exceptionally well maintained, it offered both comfort and privacy. The highlight was the view lush greenery directly outside the room, giving the impression of being fully immersed in a private forest retreat. It was quiet, restorative and perfectly suited for a relaxed escape. The signature experience breakfast with giraffes is genuinely unforgettable. Watching giraffes move gracefully into view while enjoying breakfast creates a moment that feels almost surreal. There is a calm, unhurried quality to the interaction between guests and animals that makes the experience feel natural rather than staged. It is rare to find a hospitality concept that delivers such emotional impact in such a subtle and respectful way. The breakfast offering itself was excellent. A generous and thoughtfully prepared selection of dishes ensured both variety and quality, with fresh ingredients and careful presentation. Dining here is not rushed; instead, it encourages guests to slow down and fully absorb the environment around them. Beyond the giraffe experience, the resort reveals itself as a full-scale nature and leisure destination. Walking routes, landscaped outdoor areas and wildlife encounters create a dynamic environment suitable for families, couples, and travellers seeking restorative time in nature. It is a place where exploration and relaxation coexist effortlessly. Service throughout the stay was consistently warm, attentive and professional. Staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, with a level of care that felt natural rather than rehearsed. Every interaction contributed to a strong sense of welcome and comfort. A special acknowledgment must be made to General Manager Wenjun Zhou. The level of cohesion and consistency across the entire property reflects clear leadership and vision. Under Mr Zhou’s guidance, the resort operates with a strong sense of identity and attention to detail. The seamless guest experience, well-maintained environment, and high service standards all point to a leadership approach that values both excellence and authenticity. What makes this property truly remarkable is not just its luxury, but its emotional resonance. It creates moments that feel meaningful—whether for families sharing breakfast with wildlife, or travellers reconnecting with nature in a peaceful setting. Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou is distinctive, well-executed, and genuinely memorable. It stands apart as one of the most unique nature-luxury hospitality experiences available in the region. With sincere appreciation to General Manager Wenjun Zhou and the entire team for delivering a stay defined by care, creativity, and consistency. A highly recommended experience for travellers seeking something truly different from conventional luxury hotels. Gary David Senior Travel Writer (TripAdvisor)

The environment here is lovely, very green and lush. However, this hotel is just too dark at night. Staying in building 8, when we went out for a late-night snack and came back, there were hardly any lights outside, making it very dim. We checked in early that day and the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but the cleaning lady did an exceptionally thorough and clean job, which was really great! It's a shame the air conditioning was just too cold. My friend and I both got sick the next day. We called the front desk to adjust the temperature, but they said it's a central air conditioning system and you can only adjust the fan speed, not the actual temperature. Even setting it to 30 degrees for heating didn't help; it was practically useless.

Five stars, highly recommend the Shangri-La Hotel Ningbo! I specifically chose this hotel for a trip with my parents, and the entire stay far exceeded our expectations, making it incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and bright, and the rooms are spacious. The soft furnishings and bedding were very comfortable, and my parents were especially pleased. I particularly want to commend all the staff at the Horizon Club Lounge. Their service was meticulous and incredibly thoughtful. Our dedicated butler, Wenby, was professional and attentive, proactively helping us register our car's license plate in advance, saving us the hassle of dealing with parking entry and exit. Knowing we had several people in our party, she promptly arranged an extra bed for our room. Her efficiency and reliability, along with her thorough consideration for every aspect of our stay, were truly impressive. Janice from the Executive Lounge also left a wonderful impression; she always had a warm smile, was genuinely welcoming and polite, and her service was gentle and appropriate. Upon learning that we had a tight schedule and needed to continue our journey, she thoughtfully prepared a variety of portable packed snacks. This unexpected gesture added a touch of warmth to our busy travels. From the hardware facilities to the humanistic service, the hotel truly excelled, and every small detail reflected the staff's dedication. It's perfectly suited for traveling with elderly parents, offering an absolutely fantastic experience. The next time I visit Ningbo, this will still be my top choice, and I sincerely recommend it to all my fellow travelers!

The hotel's location is great. We drove and there's free underground parking. It was a short taxi ride to Xinrongji restaurant in the evening, and convenient to refuel on our way to the museum the next day. Check-in was smooth. I requested non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, and a high floor when I booked, and all requests were met. The view from the room window was very elegant. The hotel breakfast had a good selection, and we even received a souvenir gift at check-out. The staff were very friendly. It was raining when we checked out, and I needed a paper bag for an umbrella. I happened to run into a cleaning staff member and she very kindly provided one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Taizhou.

Satisfaction beyond expectations. An hour and a half from Shanghai, it was almost there after passing the beautiful Hangzhou Bay Bridge. The hotel is in the outlets, the car can be parked in the Ole parking lot, unlimited access to and from the parking fee, and there are many charging piles tram friendly. After parking the car, go directly from the 8th elevator. We arrived at 12:00 noon on Sunday. The housekeeper called the day before, because there were more guests on weekends, it might take 2:00 to check in, but after the actual arrival, the luck was super good. It happened that the room was empty and we checked in directly. Because the hotel is newly opened, the room display utensils are very new and quite design. Many places have made small ideas according to the IP of National Geographic. There are many surrounding gifts in the treasure box under the TV cabinet. The children are very happy. There are 4 bottles of drinks in the refrigerator for free. It is also important to emphasize that the bathroom uses two large makeup mirrors and can also open the mirror headlights, which is very friendly to people with makeup. In addition, the formaldehyde problem that I was worried about before, I felt a little faint after entering the room. I opened the air humidifier and felt okay, and I basically couldn't feel it. In addition to the room, the display of the hotel's public area is also very interesting. The various IP check-in points on the first floor and the library on the second floor are worth exploring and taking pictures. On the first floor, mineral water, snacks, daily necessities (iodophor cotton head rope, etc.) are also placed, generous and intimate. By the way, there is a treasure hunt map in the treasure chest of the room, you can take the children to press the picture to cover the seal in various places, and finally give a small sticker. Magzone is right next to the hotel. The package sent a large and small ticket, and the small definition is that 1.4 below meters does not apply to us, and I thought I had to buy an extra ticket. The actual hotel generously gave all guests unlimited access during their stay. Here you must like 👍 During the whole check-in process, the attitude of the service staff from the front desk to the public area is very, very good 👍 The only slot is the definition of breakfast for children. Without looking at age, you have to buy full-price breakfast for adults above 1.4 meters. In fact, many children under 12 years old have already passed 1.4 meters. It is estimated that many people have complained to the front desk. He can helplessly say that it is the company's regulations 🥸. Breakfast is a la carte plus buffet form, staple food has 4 options ABCD, and snacks such as fried eggs Ningbo dumplings are smooth. After that, fruit bread snacks and drinks are quite rich and can be self-service. The tableware is good-looking, the plate is also very good-looking, people's appetite does not increase 🤭

I chose this hotel for my business trip and it definitely deserves a 5.0-star rating, which is rare. It's a new hotel, so the facilities are quite modern. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and the service is excellent. However, there's one thing to note: there's a night market with street stalls nearby, and people sing there at night. So, if you prefer to go to bed early, it might not be the best fit. But if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this place is perfect. Overall, I had a good experience and it offers great value for money. I stayed here for 5 days and completely forgot to take pictures! I'll share two photos of the night market instead. It's super close to Sanjing Night Market and also near District 3 of the International Trade City commercial area.

The room was pretty good, nice and bright, very satisfied! The hygiene was also good, but I felt the bedding was just average; the sheets were a bit stiff. It felt different from other Sheratons' bedding – not very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they were enthusiastic, efficient, and spoke clearly. Thumbs up! Breakfast hours were very convenient, and the food tasted alright, but the variety wasn't extensive. Also, there was no one to guide us to a table when we entered, so we had to find our own seats, which felt a bit chaotic. There's a decent-sized mall with a large supermarket not far from the hotel, which is quite convenient. However, overall, I felt the hotel's location was a bit out of the way; it's quite far from all the tourist attractions. Since we had a car, it didn't bother us much.

EECNU-My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 ✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?! (Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos) The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons). When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation. ✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear. Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from. There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here. ✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19) The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh). The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it! ❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal. In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17). ✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy. As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free. Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool! Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit). During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience. Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻 See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the Yaohan business district, with a riverside green belt right downstairs. It's also easy to access the expressway for trips to Puyuan and the South Station. The hotel rooms and hallways are quite spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Our room faced the interior, and although there were many AC units on the podium, we barely heard anything once the windows were closed. Even the sound of doors opening and closing in the hallway in the morning wasn't very noticeable. In terms of facilities, the two 1.5-meter beds are generally suitable for families traveling with older children. As it's a Four Points, it has all the essential amenities, but they are a more basic version. The male staff member in the blue suit in the lobby was very enthusiastic. When the young lady at the front desk wasn't sure about the location of the Zicheng historical site and Nanhu Lake, he overheard and proactively came over to provide more details. Thumbs up!👍🏻

GGuest UserThis place truly has a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. I brought my six-year-old son, and I could completely let him play on his own without worry. The room was also very satisfying. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful; they'd help and answer every small question. The mushroom house was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant had a great variety of dishes, and the entertainment area had activities for both adults and kids! It was totally relaxing! When it was time to leave, my son was crying and didn't want to go home, haha, it was hilarious. The kind gentleman at the front desk gave him a gift, and then he finally left with a smile. NNik ParksWe had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices. We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim. The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus. Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too! We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.
