We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. A spacious room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel!
❄️ Arrived late at night at Traveller's Cave Hotel around 11 PM and it was snowing — the whole place looked like a winter fairytale.
The next morning we woke up for breakfast hoping to see the hot air balloons, but unfortunately they didn’t fly that day.
Luckily, the following morning the sky was full of balloons over Cappadocia — totally worth the wait! 🎈✨

I have visited this hotel twice, and it is highly recommended. The hotel is in the center of Goreme, and its tour package offers are cheaper compared to others.
Not up to Mariott standard.
Room is quite new, clean, and spacious.
However there were several problems with the room during our stays.
1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105)
2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves.
3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it.
So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating.
By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.
We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing.
It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
The food is fine.
The overall design of the room is comfortable and the toilet is bright. Fully equipped, but no TV.
Excellent location, very close to the bus terminal. No need to go up the slope.
This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything a tourist could need. The hotel terrace offers beautiful views; if you wake up at dawn, you can see the balloons. We're traveling with a large family and booked several rooms. At first, we weren't sure why the rooms with a bathtub were twice as expensive. After staying, it became clear: the suites (with bathtubs) are much larger and feature designer furnishings, air conditioning, and a beautiful view. Also, keep in mind that the cave rooms have no air conditioning or windows. The kids loved it, but my wife didn't want to stay in one. The hotel staff was happy to help us carry our luggage and recommended and booked a restaurant a three-minute walk away. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel, and you can order an omelet and Turkish coffee as an extra, and everything was delicious! The hotel has its own parking right outside.
For a wonderful experience, be sure to choose a suite with a bathtub and a window!
Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.
Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. A few common sitting area with very traditional Turkish feel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast simple and nice. Definitely will recommend to friends who are coming.

Great
GGuest UserThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing!
The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite.
The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute.
Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.)
I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!
RRuan BeukesThis hotel is excellent! We do not have a single bad thing to say about it. The staff really make this place from the moment we arrived it was 5 star service! The hotel tour was exactly how I feel every establishment should be. Breakfast was unbelievable and the service always with a smile!
GGuest UserThe hotel lobby felt like a cave. When checking in, you could ask the front desk about the hot air balloon launch status for the next day.
The terrace has a great location and offers an excellent view for watching the hot air balloons. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. Being right in Göreme town, it's very convenient to get around.
GGuest UserSeriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk.
The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.
QQieerxihahahaCappadocia kistar cave hotel recommended
In Uchissar, near Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle.
It is the best hotel in the room in Turkey. Super big. There is already a big terrace.
The family-run boss and the family are very good. They smiled and gave a small gift when they left.
Less than 1,000 yuan during May 1st, much cheaper than the hotel in Goreme
Ctrip chose 2 big and 1 small when placing the order, but the hotel received the 2 big, but the bed is big enough for us to stay smoothly.

Yycxw1314loveThe hotel is located in an underground cave. It is a real cave. Parking is very convenient at the door. Breakfast is not a buffet but a set meal per person. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the bath water is not hot, a little bit mild, and I can't wash.
