The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

Fuxian Lake's scenery is picturesque, with stunning lake views. Our third-floor room offered fantastic views, and enjoying a BBQ takeout on the balcony at night really elevated our entire vacation experience. What really made it great was that it wasn't crowded this past weekend, which was a plus. The main pool water was a bit murky, but the kids' pool temperature was just right, so the little ones had no problem enjoying themselves. For facilities, it would be even more thoughtful if they provided a small step stool for kids to reach the sink, as we had to move chairs around in the room. Overall, it was excellent, and I'll definitely bring my kids back again when I have the chance.

We watched sunrise in bed and it was amazing! The location was very convenient as we could walk around the lake and to the nearby shopping plaza. Breakfast had lots of options and the staff was very helpful. They helped us with our laundry, trip ideas, and any issues we had. Had a fantastic stay, and the hot spring bath was a delight! This hotel is a real hidden gem! The best part was definitely the large hot spring tub right in the room. Being able to relax and soak inside was incredibly stress-relieving. The value for money is also exceptional. The price was very friendly, and to get such a comfortable stay for so little money is just incredible! The location is superb as well, very close to the scenic spots, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, and the front desk service was absolutely top-notch. This is a hotel I'll definitely be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend it!

Next to Moon Bay, lake view room, beautiful environment, convenient for eating and parking; the room is clean and sanitary, well-decorated and well-maintained, with a wide view. Sitting by the window, drinking coffee, looking at the blue lake in the distance is refreshing. It's only a 5-minute walk to Moon Bay Park. It's a great place to play in the water and stroll in Fuxian Lake. It's worth recommending!

The location of the homestay is good. It is very close to the ideal state and Jinsuo Island cruise ship terminal. The room is newly renovated. It is very beautiful and the picture of the reservation is exactly the same. The main thing is that although there are four floors, there is an elevator. The cleaning is also very clean. Every day, there is a cleaning process. Fruits and drinks are delivered. It is also very good to open the window and you can see the scenery of the Bohai Sea. The entrance is the hydrophilic plank road. The living room and small yard downstairs can be in a daze all day. Breakfast is a set meal. Rice noodles and soy milk porridge are very rich and taste good. The boss is very humorous and will recommend a place to play. Leave the flight this night. The takeaway in the lobby on the first floor actually gave me a bottle of wind, snow and moon haha and sent it to the airport.

This is a fantastic wellness-themed hotel. The entire Muxingu Valley environment is incredibly comfortable; you can tell the design was thoughtful and maintenance is prompt. The hotel's minimalist design blends seamlessly with its surroundings, and each room has its own unique theme, such as hydrogen-themed or deep sleep-themed rooms. What really stands out is the variety of themed classes available. For example, I did a Baduanjin session at 8 AM and a sound bath healing at 10 AM. I wanted to try yoga, but the timing didn't work out. In the evening, you can enjoy the hot springs, which are about 100 meters from the main building and offer over a dozen pools to choose from. The hotel is located inside the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, granting unlimited access. You can simply call an electric shuttle to take you to the core scenic spots. The personal butler service is also excellent; Cherry and Mango were very responsive. I needed to borrow a laptop for work, and even at 10 PM, the butler quickly helped me out – I'm truly grateful! Highly recommended. I even purchased another two-day, one-night wellness package when checking out, and I'll be back again soon! 🤭

I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!
