I have to give a shout-out to Shangri-La Yiwu! Evelyn's service was impeccable and consistently excellent. They even gave out zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival. It was also my birthday during my stay, and without me even mentioning it, the hotel discreetly sent up a high-quality birthday cake! I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the housekeeping staff called to confirm my address and mailed it to me.

Bed an pillows are very comfortable. Shower area with rainfall design is superb. Toilet with automatic flush and bidet is also very comfortable. Location is near the metro station so its easy to roam around ningbo at a cheap price. Quiet and peaceful! Thumbs up!

The hotel is massive. As soon as you step inside, the spacious and bright lobby immediately catches your eye, with its grand and elegant decor. The service truly lives up to its five-star rating; from the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional attitudes. They proactively helped us with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process, which was efficient and seamless. Room service was also excellent; just a call to customer service, and staff would arrive promptly with a friendly demeanor. I also have to mention the hotel's environment. The landscaping is outstanding, with lush trees providing ample shade. We could access the South Lake scenic area just by scanning our room key, which my parents particularly loved. They couldn't stop praising it, saying they felt very comfortable staying here. Overall, whether it's the size, service, or environment, Nanhu Hotel is definitely worth the price. I'll certainly bring my parents back again; each season should offer a different experience.

Strategically located in the riverside business district, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat while still being incredibly convenient for getting around. The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur – a forty-meter high ceiling adorned with exquisite crystal chandeliers and stately columns that exude a high-end, luxurious feel. The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. Hangzhou is nice, full of trees and historical sites. The hotel was recommended by the trip planner. Nice cosy rooms. Spacious, and comfortable bed & pillows. There are some nice touches to the room, and the blue was quite pleasing. There is a shower & bathtub as well. Toiletries are provided. The buffet selection is quite good and quite tasty. We only stayed for 1 night. The staff did help with the bags when we arrived. Check in was seamless but they speak limited English though. Overall nice hotel and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the location much as we used a driver. The hotel is located at the corner, about 10-15 mins from Qinghefang Street by car.

The room decor leaned towards a business style, perfect for a VIP. Building 1 is right by West Lake, so the location is excellent. Overall: 1. The hotel environment is very green, great for fresh air. 2. The concierge in Building 1 has a much better service attitude than the front desk. Whenever there's a question, the front desk transfers the call to Building 1, and then the guest has to repeat the issue to get it resolved. It's like the front desk staff are physically at the hotel but their work ethic is back in their office building. 3. Food deliveries need to be transferred to the room. A big thank you to the Building 1 concierge for helping deliver my food – they were super attentive. 4. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear conversations from the next room as if they're right there. So, it's thoughtful of the hotel to provide earplugs. 👍 5. You have to specifically request the shuttle service; otherwise, it just sits at the front desk. The shuttle driver gives off a vibe of 'I'm just doing my job' with a hint of fatigue, so it's probably best not to bother them. (For example, 'I need the shuttle.' Good news: the shuttle arrives. Bad news: it stops on the road, not at the entrance.) 👍 6. The entire service process feels very disjointed. Any staff member you pass will smile and greet you, but if you have a question, I recommend organizing your thoughts for at least 5 minutes beforehand, because it takes them at least 5 minutes to understand your query and selectively provide an answer. 👍 P.S. The front desk told me there was a shop, but after walking there, it was closed (they didn't inform guests about the shop's operating hours). As for service reputation, 👍👍👍👍

Sharing the same front desk and pool as the Marriott, the pool is a real highlight and perfect for kids. The room comes with an induction hob, which is handy if you want to cook your own meals. It's right next to the Trade City, and only about a 10-minute taxi ride to Binwang Night Market.

Very satisfied! The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping it tidy. The new hotel facilities like the pool and gym aren't open yet, but I'm looking forward to experiencing them on a future stay!

Arrived in Wuzhen around noon, but didn't rush into the scenic area. First, I found a highly-rated restaurant on Dianping and enjoyed some white fish and glutinous rice wrapped in zong leaves with pork. The owner even gave us some complimentary fermented rice balls, which were delicious! After lunch, we checked into our accommodation within the scenic area. It was super convenient as a car took us directly to the entrance of Wangjingli. The room's decor had a touch of old Shanghai style! I absolutely loved the breakfast; it was a really pleasant meal. Strolling around the gardens within the complex was incredibly relaxing too.

This time, I brought my child to stay in the family room at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Yiwu International Trade Center, and the experience was truly wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout and plenty of room for activities, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. It even came with a thoughtful touch: a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of playing. The room's cleanliness was meticulous and comprehensive, and all the amenities were complete and safe, making our stay very reassuring. The overall atmosphere was warm and playful, perfectly catering to children's preferences. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, promptly responding to any requests we had. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the surrounding environment is also pleasant. With comfortable room types and thoughtful service, it's particularly well-suited for families traveling with children – both adults and kids had a comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit with family.
