She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur – a forty-meter high ceiling adorned with exquisite crystal chandeliers and stately columns that exude a high-end, luxurious feel. The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. Jiaxing Nanhu Hotel gives off the impression of a grand state guesthouse, with beautiful surroundings. It has ten buildings in total, numbered 1-11 (excluding 4). Buildings 1-7 are guest rooms, while 8-11 are for dining and conferences. As you walk through, you can feel the elegant grandeur of a state guesthouse. The hotel boasts a Chinese-style design, yet the bold red and green color blocks add a touch of modern flair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details, and the balcony design prioritizes privacy. The hotel opened in August 2021 and is located right next to Nanhu Lake, with two small card-access gates that lead directly to the Nanhu walking trail. The service at the hotel is exceptional; every staff member you encounter greets you with a smile and is ready to assist with any questions.

I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at Shaoxing Hotel through Trip.com. Taking advantage of the good weather, I brought my elderly parents out for a change of scenery. My mother, due to a long-term illness, is wheelchair-bound. The moment we arrived at the entrance of Shaoxing Hotel, we were met with the meticulous care and attention of Mr. Lu Xinsong from the hotel. He first pushed my mother to the front desk, helped us arrange two adjacent rooms so I could look after my parents, and then suggested we stay in Building 6, which is close to the breakfast restaurant, so we wouldn't have to walk too far for meals each morning. While I was checking in, he also pushed my mother and father to the lounge area in the lobby to rest and wait. What touched me even more was that after I finished checking in, he helped us push my mother and simultaneously introduced us to the beautiful hotel grounds, staying with us until we were settled in our room with our luggage. Thank you so much, Mr. Lu. You are the face of Shaoxing Hotel and, to us guests, a relative we felt an instant connection with! Shaoxing Hotel is a five-star scenic hotel designed with traditional Jiangnan garden architecture. It truly lives up to the saying 'every step reveals a new view,' making you feel like you're strolling through a painting. During our two-day stay, my family not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food but also received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. I'd especially like to mention Ms. Feng from housekeeping; she was always responsive and provided excellent service. Thank you too! Life is a journey, and I'm incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people. This was our first time in Shaoxing, but because of good people like Mr. Lu and Ms. Feng, who felt more like family than strangers, I believe I will definitely return to Shaoxing! And many times! This is my second stay at this hotel, following a visit in April this year. I was in Hangzhou for five days and four nights, and it's become my go-to choice whenever I visit the city. The hotel's location is excellent. You can easily reach it from both Hangzhou East Station and City Station via Metro Line 1. Getting to scenic spots is incredibly convenient, with metro and bus stops nearby. West Lake is just a ten-minute walk away. Famous century-old Hangzhou restaurants like Zhi Wei Guan and Kui Yuan Guan are also within a ten-minute walk. Qinghefang, Wushan, and Orioles Singing in the Willows are all within walking distance too. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the rooms are clean. I was very satisfied with the front desk and room service; they were quick to respond to guest requests. The package I booked through Ctrip offered great value for money, making it perfect for couples and families.

Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

Narada Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I have stayed in in recent years. The hotel is very new and the lobby is very airy and clean. There is also a large terrace outside the lobby connected to the Fuchun River Trail. Sitting in the hotel lobby or on the terrace outside, you can enjoy the first-line river view. The front desk lady upgraded us to a high-floor river view room. The carpet in the corridor is very thick and the feet feel too comfortable. When you open the door curtains when you check in, you will automatically open it. The smoke in the mountains in the distance is shining, and the river water flows slowly near it, which is so uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable, whether it is lying on the bed or sitting on the sofa to enjoy tea, you can have an invincible river view. The hotel sends welcome fruits and snacks every day. Drinks and snacks in the mini bar are also free. The room does not need a key card to plug in, which will be much more convenient. The most surprising thing is the very rich breakfast buffet. There are local characteristics such as rice dumplings, Zhuque soup, brown sugar poached eggs, Xiaolongbao, etc., as well as meat dumplings, pancake fruit, freshly squeezed juice, jelly, tofu flowers, small dumplings, noodles made on site. Western breakfast options are rich, there are about 6 kinds of cakes, and there are about 6 kinds of bread. Soy milk and milk are of good quality. The coffee machine is WMF, and the coffee made is very rich, better than most hotels. Ice cream has 6 flavors, I like the taste of Taifei vanilla the most. There are also seasonal dumplings, and the waiter will push the car to the table and let us choose dumplings. After we choose, we will help us peel the dumplings for the convenience of guests. Another highlight is the hotel's service. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. Will take the initiative to say hello to the guests, the reception staff at the hotel reception will send us from the front desk to the hotel floor where we stayed, introducing some details. We asked for a thinner quilt in the early morning, and the housekeeping department quickly sent it. When checking out, the staff Huang Qi carefully asked about our stay experience and sent a box of small biscuits as a gift, very attentive. The hotel's swimming pool is still under construction and I didn't experience it this time. Be sure to experience it next time you stay.

Choosing this guesthouse in Wuzhen was absolutely the right decision! The view of the Jiangnan water town scenery right outside our window was fantastic. The room was spotless, neatly arranged, and thoughtfully equipped with a mosquito net, so we didn't have to worry about bugs at all. We had such a comfortable and peaceful stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

I chose Lanli after much deliberation and reading countless reviews for hotels near the Convention and Exhibition Center, where my daughter was exhibiting. We stayed for four nights and three days. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few steps from Exit D of Nanyang Station on Line 1. I was really pleased that the room didn't have carpeting, the linens were spotless and odorless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The room was spacious enough that we could open two suitcases without feeling cramped, and it came with a mini-fridge. Across the street is Dexin Wing, a small mall with various dining options, including fast food, Chinese restaurants, bubble tea shops, and common coffee chains. There's a ramen place that's delicious, and the Hangzhou-exclusive bubble tea is fantastic. On B1 of the mall, there's a good-sized supermarket, perfect for stocking up on essentials. Breakfast was also good, and the freshly ground coffee was a highlight. Next door is a residential complex, and for some reason, for two consecutive mornings, very loud music started playing early. The first day was different; I woke up to birds chirping, and when I opened the window after a rain shower, there was a fresh, clean scent of flowers and plants. Aside from being a bit far from the city center, everything else was great. Exit D also has shared bikes available, and it's just one stop from the East Gate of the Convention and Exhibition Center, making it convenient whether you bike, take the metro, or walk. Overall, I recommend staying here. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the online pictures are very accurate.
