This is my second stay at the Meilan Airport Hotel. I checked in a night early from Lingshui because I had an early morning flight from Haikou to Singapore. **Service:** The hotel's airport shuttle starts at 4:30 AM. I took the 5 AM shuttle to T2, which was very convenient. My 7:30 AM flight meant I didn't have to rush to the airport too early. **Environment:** The hotel has many rooms and a 'U' shaped corridor. The room I got was a good distance from the elevator. It's also not far to walk to the high-speed train station, about a 10-minute walk. If you arrive late at night, some guests can be quite loud and inconsiderate, making it a bit noisy. **Cleanliness:** It was quite clean, with disposable slippers and separate slippers for the shower. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and bottled toiletries are provided, so you don't need to bring your own. **Facilities:** Bottled water is provided, and you can choose your pillow. The bed's firmness was just right. For an overnight stay near the airport, this is my top choice. In the morning, I checked out early and, in my haste, left my phone charger in the room. I only realized I'd forgotten it at airport security. I called the hotel front desk, and they kindly held onto it for me. I picked it up when I returned from Singapore. Many thanks to them!

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and convenient parking nearby. The family room this time was fantastic! The overall room environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. Seeing that I had two children, the floor manager thoughtfully provided an extra pair of kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety. The laundry room was also very convenient. The robot delivering our takeout was a pleasant surprise for the kids. Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories.

Excellent service, definitely worth staying here. The location is superb and convenient for transport. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and varied with different options every day. I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The front desk and room service staff were warm and attentive, even personally taking us to the pharmacy. Our room was upgraded to one with a large balcony and a great sea view. The public facilities like the pool and lawn areas were well-maintained. Although some facilities are a bit older, the overall value for money is high. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to different tastes.

Booked this hotel for my parents. The location is great, right in the heart of the old town. It's about a 20-25 minute leisurely walk to Wenchang Old Street. The hotel itself is very new, I heard it's part of the Jinjiang group, and the facilities are quite high-end. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. My parents said the breakfast was pretty good too. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Wenchang!

The staff were very welcoming and promptly reminded me about parking fees and other details. It's super convenient due to its proximity to the airport and offers great value for money. The front desk mentioned that my room type was only available on the first floor, so I can understand finding a few ants. Also, there was a chemical smell in the room, and even though there was an air purifier, I could still detect it.

Facilities: So-so, but the pool was nice. Cleanliness: Decent, pretty standard. Environment: The surroundings are good, though there's some construction nearby. Dining: Breakfast was very average, but considering the room rate wasn't high, it's acceptable. Service: Our butler, Victoria, provided excellent service! She was diligent, attentive, gentle, lovely, kind, considerate, and hardworking! Thumbs up! My overall experience would have been around 3.5 stars, but because of Victoria, I'm giving it a five-star rating! Wishing Victoria all the best in her work!

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Qiongzhong was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the service was warm and attentive. The front desk staff was efficient and even proactively upgraded my room. The breakfast was plentiful, the facilities were new, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's conveniently located and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel is my top choice for business trips. The guest reception is efficient and quick, and I never have to wait long for check-out. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, the air conditioning is quiet, and the internet speed is fast. The hygiene is meticulously done, and all the staff are very friendly. The overall stay experience is excellent.

The front desk staff were super friendly and great. The decor style is a bit retro, which is quite unique. The room price offers good value for money. It's very close to Qilou Old Street, so it was really convenient to go for a stroll in the evening. I tried the Zao Bo Cu and Ji Shi Teng here, and they both really suited my taste. My only regret is that I'm allergic to dust mites, so I felt a bit breathless sleeping under the hotel's duvet. Besides that, if the bathroom drain didn't have a slight odor, it would have been perfect. But for this price, it's not a big deal.
