Free left luggage and hourly room bookings. I left my suitcase for a week after staying for 2 nights and then before my next flight booked a room for 5 hours. Perfect and easy to find if its your first time in China and you need time to orientate. Save on the airport left luggage costs. Great staff recommended. Opposite the domestic terminal just walk across the road take the lift to the second floor and walk across the air bridge to the lobby.

The hotel is very close to Sun & Moon Duty Free Plaza, and there are many small eateries across the street. It's also a short walk to Qilou Old Street. Although the hotel is a bit old, there wasn't any musty smell or other unpleasant odors, which I had somewhat expected. Being able to book this hotel during the Chinese New Year for this price, I felt it offered excellent value for money! That's why I decided to stay here again when I returned to Haikou. Xiao Wu and Xiao Jie were very attentive during my extended stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room was tidy each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, which were convenient and well kept.

The hotel is right next to Qishui Bay, with direct beach access and nice views. The location is very convenient, with more and more businesses opening up nearby. It's not far from Longlou Town for dining, or attractions like Tongguling, Moon Bay, and Dongjiao Coconut Grove. It was a bit busy during Chinese New Year, but not as crowded as Sanya or Gaolong Bay. It would probably be even quieter during off-peak seasons, making it a great choice for a relaxing 'lie flat' vacation, and you can even watch rocket launches. Public transportation is a bit inconvenient; self-driving is recommended, but ride-sharing apps like Didi can also cover your transportation needs. Facilities: A bit old, but good value for money. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Wenchang Station to Hotel Shuttle Bus: Convenient. Family Fun Kids Activities: Plenty of activities, great for kids. Service: The butler was very responsible and attentive to our arrangements and needs throughout our stay.

On my road trip around Hainan, I stopped in Wenchang and chose the Park Plaza – definitely the right decision! The hotel is quite new, only two years old, and boasts a high level of smart technology, which is still rare to find in Wenchang. The room was clean and bright, with a well-thought-out layout and all the necessary amenities. Its central location in the city makes it convenient to get around, especially with so many historical sites in Wenchang, staying downtown was a good choice. The front desk service was incredibly enthusiastic; they proactively contacted me a day in advance and then called on the day of check-in to confirm details, which was very thoughtful. A special mention goes to the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious, refined, and perfectly suited my taste. The buffet stations were beautifully arranged, and the chefs frequently came out to check on guests and ask about their dining experience. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Location: About three or four kilometers from the airport, a less than ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel also offers airport shuttle services; pick-ups are on demand, while drop-offs are at scheduled times. Design: There are some great design features, like the bedside area which is well-designed so you're not bothered by button lights. The bedside tables are very large, convenient for placing items. There are many lights, and they can be controlled separately. The bathroom isn't frosted glass, so the bright light won't disturb your rest. However, there are also some less ideal aspects, such as the sink where the water splashes out very easily, and water flows from the counter onto the floor. Absolutely do not wear the disposable slippers when showering; they are extremely slippery and you could easily fall. Noise: Acceptable. You can hear airplane noise when you're awake, but it won't wake you up once you're asleep. Other: The hotel shares a courtyard with Orange Hotel and All Seasons Hotel, and there are quite a few cigarette butts in the courtyard. The dryer in the laundry room is a bit dirty. Overall, it's pretty good.

Wow, this hotel room really hit all the right notes for me! 🥹 The crystal chandelier overhead immediately caught my eye as soon as I walked in, and the light luxury French decor combined with the delicate silhouette paintings on the walls really paid attention to every little detail. The bathroom was absolutely amazing – entirely clad in marble, giving it such a high-end feel. The huge bathtub was super comfortable for a soak, and the reeded glass door in the shower added a touch of stylish design. The double sinks meant no crowding when getting ready, and even the towels had elegant logos. I had such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

My family and I spent one night here travelling by car around the island. The hotel is located in a picturesque place and is made in the form of a small village, so you can drive your own car directly to your apartments, it is very convenient. There are charging stations for electric vehicles including two fast ones. The apartment has a large area and is very cosy, floor heating works in the toilet room which is very comfortable during cool weather. We were very pleasantly surprised that at the reception there is an English-speaking employee who showed a lot of care to us. Also, in the restaurant there was an employee who speaks very good English, who also explained how to go to the orange farm, where we had a great time, collecting delicious oranges on our own. We were very pleased with the hotel, especially the kindness of the staff. Definitely, we'll be back here on our next trip. Мы с семьей отдыхали здесь одну ночь, путешествуя на машине по острову. Отель расположен в живописном месте и сделан в виде небольшого поселка, поэтому на собственном автомобиле можно подъехать прямо к своим апартаментам, это очень удобно. Для электромобилей есть зарядные станции, включая две быстрые. Апартаменты имеют большую площадь и очень уютны, в туалетной комнате работает подогрев пола, что очень комфортно во время прохладной погоды. Мы были очень приятно удивлены, что на ресепшен есть англоговорящая сотрудница, которая проявила очень много заботы в наш адрес. Также, и в ресторане была сотрудница, очень хорошо говорящая по английски, которая в том числе объяснила как проехать на апельсиновую ферму, где мы прекрасно провели время, самостоятельно собирая вкуснейшие апельсины. Мы остались очень довольны отелем, особенно добротой персонала. Определенно, мы еще вернемся сюда во время наших следующий путешествий.

My parents and I came to Hainan for Chinese New Year, and this hotel in Haikou was our last stop. We stayed at this Hilton for 2 nights. The first Hilton we stayed at, the Hilton Garden Inn Sanya Yalong Bay, was also a Hilton. Overall, I've always felt that Hilton rarely disappoints, but the room facilities at both Hilton hotels this time were quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling, the showerhead was broken and spraying everywhere, and there were colored stains and hairs on the sheets. These are pretty basic issues that are hard for guests to tolerate. Prices increased during the Spring Festival, but room hygiene and hardware management should also be improved. So why did I still give five stars? These five stars are for the service, and I especially want to thank one person: our housing service officer, Xiaoyu. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM on the first night. The hotel has a meal ordering service, but I didn't see the QR code in the room. Xiaoyu patiently sent it to me. I have to say, the fried rice and wontons from Hilton that night were delicious and the portions were huge! (The pineapple fried rice I ordered at the Hilton Garden Inn Sanya Yalong Bay was also incredibly delicious!) It allowed my parents to have a comfortable dinner. Then, when showering, I found the showerhead was broken, and the pipe detached, but it didn't affect showering. It was fixed quickly the next day (no big deal). Later that night, the air conditioning started making noise (it actually made noise when we first entered, but we were busy checking in because it was so late and didn't pay much attention. Later, we woke up hot in the middle of the night, and the AC wasn't cooling; the next morning, it was blowing hot air. For 30-degree weather, this was unbearable!). Xiaoyu quickly resolved it for us. She first had a repairman come to check it. He said it was a drainage system issue and fixed it for us but suggested we observe it to see if we needed to change rooms. After observing that it was getting hotter, we decided to change rooms. Xiaoyu immediately arranged a room for us. She wasn't perfunctory at all but was completely considerate of us. She didn't just put us in a similar room or dismiss us by saying all rooms had insufficient AC. Instead, she upgraded our room type and took us to see the first room, turning on the AC for us to feel it, but it was still insufficient. She then took us to see the second room, which was also insufficient, and then the third. She accompanied us up and down the floors with a smiling service, without rushing or being opportunistic. Finally, we changed to an executive suite that we found cool and spacious. This allowed our family to spend a comfortable time in the room, which also had a washing machine and dryer service. We also enjoyed dinner at the executive lounge. Our whole family was very satisfied. We originally just wanted a similar room with AC, but we didn't expect Xiaoyu to arrange everything so thoughtfully. I want to especially thank her here. We were so lucky to have her; otherwise, I don't know how we would have stayed at this hotel. The lobby AC was also insufficient. The breakfast buffet had a rich variety of dishes but was also just decent, and the dining area's AC was insufficient as well. I hope the hotel can improve its hardware and enhance its hygiene management. I hope Hilton Haikou continues to get better.

The hotel is pretty good, with a great location. The river view in the morning is truly beautiful, and the sunrise fills the room. It's only a few minutes' walk to the old town, and it's quiet at night. Breakfast was standard but satisfactory, the service was excellent, and the hygiene was superb.
