Spa is great and was probably the best experience I had. Lounge and breakfast room are spacious and colorful, food and drinks are very good."

The destress massage was outstanding, and the Vibro Acoustic Therapy was equally impressive both deeply relaxing and beautifully executed. A special mention to Amel and Dania, who were incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp throughout my stay, and to Liliane in the morning who is impressive with her hardworking and bright smile 💕 There was, however, a slight disappointment regarding the skin treatment, which did not meet my expectations. That said, I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled at the check-out. Mr Atil Seran, the director of Front Office, demonstrated great professionalism and ensured a fair resolution.
