"This was round 2, we visited last year but the whole time I was badly suffering with a corneal ulcer and had a few hospital visits. Funnily enough stayed in the same room as last year! Chair had been removed with the gorgeous black and white cat I had nicknamed kit kat but we did find her outside. So glad the shower head was replaced as it had a mind of its own last year! The rooms are small but are fine. Small balcony but lovely view. Does get very noisy at night. I don't drink and have ME/CFS so didn't really stay down in evenings but my other half enjoyed some nights. The pool area is OK, we only spent one day there. No staff coming round to offer drink so you have to make own way around to bar to get your own. Beach you get a water in the morning but again unless you pay for your drinks (not all inclusive) you fend for yourself and get your own drinks. The staff are amazing, especially Irish, he was my absolute favourite person. Always put a smile on my face. The food was ok, better than other all inclusive hotels we've stayed at, we did eat out a couple of times. My other half sometimes suffers a dodgy tummy on holiday and I have gastritis and neither of us had any issues. I can't really comment on drinks as I don't drink. I was happy that I could be catered for with my gastritis (no fizzy drinks or alcohol) with apple juice and water. My other half is already thinking about our 3rd return to the Hotel! Maybe even this year!!"
Prime Beach Hotel
"We travelled to Turkey for the first time and picked prime beach hotel . What an amazing hotel , we arrived mid afternoon and checked in , a bell boy took our luggage to our room with a balcony and sea view , he was informative telling us information all the way . Our room was lovely , air cond , free tea and coffee and a mini fridge with water and fruit juice in . The hotel also supplied free WiFi what a bonus that is . We cannot fault the hotel lovely food in the main restaurant and snack bar , food served 24 hrs a day . Fridges everywhere with free water , you will not go hungry . The grill food was delicious, you then had a coffee bar and we must mention Happy and Hector who were always chatty and very hard working . There was also a selection of cakes from 2pm till 4pm . All the staff were very friendly and extremely hard working . The hotel was kept clean and tidy at all times . You got free towels for the beach , pool . We only stayed down by the private beach , always enough sun beds for everyone , the sea was beautiful to swim in , just be careful of the pebbles . While on the sun beds we saw dolphins in the bay , which was a wonderful site . We came away just as a couple to chill and relax which we did . There are plenty of seating areas if you want to get away from the sun and for some chill time . We cannot fault the hotel and the amazing staff who work there , we had a lovely 4 night , 5 day stay and felt we had been away longer . The hotel is suitable for all ages with the different pools , families , couples , groups . The entertainment team worked very hard as-well . We watched a couple of shows in the evenings . We stayed within the hotel grounds and beach side as we felt we had everything we needed . We had a lovely break and will definitely be back . Well done Prime Beach"

"We booked the hotel two months or more before the date of our trip and paid the entire amount. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised that it was the Eid period and they told me that the reservation had been cancelled! When I asked about the reason, they told me that they do not deal with the reservation company through which I booked, but all of this was a lie. When I contacted the reservation company, they told me that the reservation was confirmed and there was no cancellation. I called the tourist police, but the hotel management tried to negotiate with me and force me to pay an additional amount When they realized I was still refusing, they gave me the worst room in the hotel"

"Location is perfect, close to marina, shops, bar street, I was there for the boat show so it was very convenient. It’s a very loud place to stay due to location, bad isolation. Other than that all was good: amazing coffee in the coffee shop which is next to reception, nice selection of breakfast options in hotel’s owned restaurant ( you need to walk 5 min, it’s at marina side). There was always hot water available, complimentary water in the fridge. Probably take ear plugs with you, that might be a solution."

"We stayed 1 night on way to Pamukkale region. Our rating is 4 out of 5. Location is great, beachfront. Parking is available nearby streets. It might be an issue during high season. Hotel's entrance is not easy to find, as you need to pass through hotel's bar to reach reception. Hotel's comfort is OK. Don't expect higher standarts, but it's completely acceptable as it is economy hotel. Sea view rooms are great as it worths every penny. Noise (loud music) is the biggest problem like most hotels in Marmaris. If you go to bed before 12.00 am, this hotel is wrong choice. Recommended to those, who seek economy hotel nearby beach."

We now have a pet dinosaur called Barney 😀 #iykyk All of the team are fantastic! We are well looked after by Mustafa, Sude and the rest of the team. The food is amazing, with something for everyone. Even the fussiest of eaters...however, if you're willing to try new things and also "the real Turkey", the mealtimes are divine. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of the staff, and especially the entertainment team, for making us feel at home and also, most importantly, taking the time to take away the kids when you need just two minutes to keep them smiling 😃"

"After booking I saw a few bad reviews and I’m so glad I ignored them because this holiday was amazing. We only booked a standard room which are the ones in block 3 that haven’t been updated. They are small and basic like it’s been said in other reviews but you only sleep, shower and change there. They are spotlessly clean, housekeepers are in every day cleaning and the beds are comfortable. The housekeepers did a beautiful display on my daughter’s bed for her birthday with swans and hearts made out of towels. Rooms have mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, really good hairdryer and both shower and bath. Pools get busy in the holidays but we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. Drinks are good and they have a good list of all inclusive cocktails, the food was excellent. My daughter is really fussy and this was the first holiday we’ve been on that she hasn’t just lived on chips and doughnuts there is so much to choose from. The snack bar is the best I’ve ever seen it has everything you could want. Evening meal in the restaurant a lot of reviews say it’s repetetive. It is but that’s because there’s so many different foods available every night and also show cooking outside making wraps and fries. All the staff we came into contact with were lovely and always smiling, mehmet in the clothes shop is such a lovely man and comes round to say hello every day, guest relations come round every day making sure everything’s ok with your holiday, the bar staff were so funny and friendly, and last but definitely not least the yolo entertainment team ❤️ jay, curly, yoda and the rest of the team absolutely made our holiday. The dances the games the performances, these guys are amazing. They don’t stop from morning until night they work so hard to make your holiday good. We enjoyed it that much I booked through hotel for next year and I can’t wait to go again."

"*AVOID* We went away in October here & it was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed ! I’ve been turkey a lot of this place has put me off going there for a while . Staff in the bar were rude and disgusting, changed the price of drinks so many times & when approached they didn’t like it, they lied and done this to many people staying there . Room was basic and very dirty . Pool area nice but the other sister hotel was so much nicer . Self catering but had to eat your own food & drink in your room god forbid you took it out. Honestly please cancel your booking & go somewhere else .."
