"We ordered a triple bed room. The room was super big and so was the toilet. The toilet comes with a bath tub and one can literally play mahjong inside the toilet space. The rooms are clean and new and nice but the hotel doesn't provide any amenities like tooth brush etc. Shampoo and body wash are provided, so are bath room slippers. The receptionists and team are well trained and the lobby space is nice. Free snacks and drinks are available at the lobby."

"Pros: --hotel with onsen and gym (but only some rooms include free use. Otherwise wise need to pay) --connected to a mall, although not a big one but enough for food and some shopping --15mins bus ride to mitsui outlet where there are more food choices and shopping. --near airport, only 20 mins by mrt. Cons: --45mins to taipei centre, where the buzz is. --hotel staff was nice to pack breakfast for us as we have early flights. But the paper bag has no handles. So quite a handful as we need to manage luggage and handcarry at the same time --taxi to airport, although near, is NT800 and took 30mins"

"When checking in with luggages, no doorman or helper. Receptionists were watching and talking. When checking in, no room was given until 3 pm. It was understandable. So, we left our luggages at the reception. They took them but refused to issue us a receipt. Their attitude was unfriendly and claimed that they would recognize us when we went back to pick up room key and luggages at 3.00 pm. We were concerned about their security."
