While not particularly large, the hotel is well-equipped with everything one might need. Parking is available behind the hotel, but as it's a public lot, spaces can occasionally be tight. Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel's location is great, convenient for getting anywhere, and taxi fares start at the minimum rate. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast for 18 yuan offers incredible value for money. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and there's a large sofa that can easily sleep an adult. They also have products at unbelievably fair prices. On the 13th floor, there's a restaurant, billiards, a gym, and even washing machines – something for both adults and kids to enjoy.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across the river from the Water Market and West Market. To the right, you'll find Yanji People's Park, and a short walk through the park brings you to the famous internet-famous wall at Yanbian University. From the moment we arrived, through check-in at the front desk, and even the restaurant service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. We were especially impressed with the VIP manager's WeChat service; they even helped us arrange a private car tour, which made us very happy. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and they even offer complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was abundant and delicious; we had hot dishes for two days straight, and none were repeated. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise from the restaurant 🌅. This hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The hotel is really great. First of all, the front desk staff is super enthusiastic and friendly. They gave us two drinks when we checked in. There are many types of breakfast, as well as local specialties. There is my favorite freshly ground coffee. There is a gym, a laundry room, and the toilets are heated. You can go shopping for souvenirs and local snacks when you go out. The front desk also gave us a travel and food guide. They greeted us warmly every time. Not to mention the hygiene, it was very good. If I hadn't been in a hurry to leave, I would really like to stay for two more days. Next time I come here, I will definitely stay at Xi'an (Department Store). I almost made a wrong reservation before. There is a place with a similar name, but the price/performance ratio here is really high. In addition, the hotel also has free parking with plenty of parking spaces. As a football fan, my first impression of Changchun was the Changchun Yatai football team, so I directly booked the Yatai Hotel. I got a special offer, so the room wasn't huge, but it was enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet... Outside the window was Renmin Avenue, and transportation was super convenient. The subway station is right downstairs, making it easy to get to the train station and the airport. Very good, very good!

This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip.

First, the Schrödinger's room upgrade. I booked a king-sized room with a balcony and a bathtub. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, the front desk told me they had upgraded my room, which I accepted. However, the room on the 5th floor had a balcony but no bathtub. When I called the front desk, they said they could switch me to a room with a bathtub, but explained that because their bathtubs and showers are not separate, they had assigned me a room without a bathtub. Second, the hotel doesn't offer free shuttle service to town; they'll help you call a taxi or arrange a shared ride. Third, a complaint about the food. The breakfast selection isn't very extensive; the bacon was soggy, and the sausage and eggs were cold. The coffee beans tasted over-roasted. Outside of peak meal times, only Korean food is available, and frozen dumplings cost 50 each... The main issue is that the à la carte dishes are particularly bad, tasting like pre-made meals. I'd recommend the chef consider a new career.

I rarely leave reviews or give likes, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I genuinely want to rave about it! It's a hotel with a strong sense of design, and the owner clearly has great taste, from the old-fashioned music playing on the record player when you walk in to the stunning feature wall! The highlight, though, was the front desk staff, especially one young man whose service was absolutely impeccable! He spoke softly and gently, and was incredibly accommodating. I felt a bit embarrassed asking for so many things, but he always maintained a smiling, thoughtful service, and even recommended many great places to eat and visit! He was so wonderful, I wanted to take him home with me!! From the design of the rooms to the service from the staff, this place is flawless. It's also very close to the popular photo op spots and has an excellent location, making it convenient to get everywhere. I loved this trip, and I love this hotel. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come with my family next time. If possible, I hope the owner opens another one in Zhejiang – I'll be there to support it!

I highly recommend the Changchun Xinfa Hotel (Shanghai Road Wanda Plaza Branch)! The hotel's location is superb, very close to Changchun Railway Station and People's Square. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What surprised me most was the配套服务 (complimentary services). The free laundry room and fitness center were incredibly practical, and the robot service added a lot of convenience and fun. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly. For a budget hotel, the environment and services offered here provide exceptional value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and family travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun!
