The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance. Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

非常推薦 I spent 15 days in the hotel during winter and it was quite a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-organised online. The key code made it really convenient cuz I didn't need to worry about losing the key. Also, the scheduled cleaning they offered was amazing. The location is a bit far from the old town but is in walking distance (about 15~20 mins), or the bus/ bolt also works well and cheaply. Would definitely visit again if I come back to Tallinn!

Excellent stay with one minor omission. The location was very convenient, staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. My room was clean and quiet throughout my stay. The only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine (Mine was a standard room). Would recommend and stay again.

There are no air conditioners at all. It's very stuffy, the temperature outside is 27 degrees. At night I had to sleep with the window open, but there are mosquitoes outside. The building is undergoing renovations, which also creates its own inconveniences. The breakfasts are very poor. The bananas at breakfast were already all black. The staff is polite, the spa is excellent, free water in the room. Here only for the spa, if you just stay overnight, it is better to consider another option.

Self check-in on the website, you will be given two access codes after logging in. The door and floor share an access code and the room is another. The interior of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven in the room. It is a bit inconvenient to walk in winter.

The hotel is nice, clean, with complete facilities, the waiters are very friendly, and the old town of Tallinn is just across the road, which is very convenient. You can take the M2 bus to the airport, and the bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel, which is very convenient.

A very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time). Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room. Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is located in the centre, just a few minutes from the hotel, and very friendly and helpful staff.
