The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room.

We booked this hotel due to our flight was cancelled. It’s very affordable considering a free shuttle bus is provided to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1-3. Also they provide free shuttle bus to the city train station. For approximate USD 50-60 / night I would say it’s a great bargain. Although the room I booked it’s kinda dated and looks all, the bed was comfy but the pillow kinda small in size and can be improved. Room service can be improved too as we waited for 30mins after our first call to request for an additional pillow and we needed to call again. There’s a bath tub which surprised me for the room cost. The hotel amenities are great and surroundings are zen and beautiful. Overall it’s a good stay and a great bargain for what I paid.
Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great.
Spacious room ! reason for that ? It’s an airport hotel, that’s why. Overall satisfied.
There’s a tax free shop in the hotel, but it doesn’t operate 24hrs. Hotel will provide free shutter bus to airport, nearest metro and a big Aeon Mall.
Amenities wise is fine. Service is great too

The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but they offer a free shuttle service to both the subway and Disney, running until 10 PM. The drop-off point at Disney isn't too far from the park entrance. There's also a large park right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. A small convenience store is located downstairs in the neighboring hotel. You can walk to a shopping mall and a large supermarket in about 15 minutes from the hotel. If you're driving, parking is 1800 yen per night in an outdoor lot.
The room size is decent, and the bed is very comfortable, though the pillow wasn't quite to my liking. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi was stable.
This was my fourth stay here, and every time has been excellent!
First off, the price is fantastic, which is the most important thing. Even on weekends, the rates aren't inflated much. Often, the Saturday-Sunday price isn't significantly higher, which is great – much better than those city hotels that double their prices on weekends.
Secondly, the hotel service is superb. The front desk staff are always welcoming, and there's always someone who speaks Chinese whenever I visit. This time, it was a kind Mr. Chen, who was incredibly helpful.
Thirdly, the hotel's amenities and services are simply perfect. I've traveled to Japan over a hundred times, and this is the only hotel I know that offers free luggage storage for up to 7 days. It's a lifesaver for shoppers! You can store your large bags, explore attractions for a couple of days, then come back to pick up your luggage before heading to the airport. Plus, the hotel shuttle service runs frequently, and the fact that it goes to AEON Mall is incredibly useful.
The hotel is in a good location, 200-300 meters away from the Nanbai tram station, and it is also convenient for shopping. The room is larger than the average hotel, clean and sanitary, the service staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good! I am willing to stay here next time!
Although the hotel and its facilities are a bit old, we still really enjoyed our stay in this airport hotel, because of its great location, professional staff and service, delicious breakfast, and the free shuttle bus to the airport. And there is a convenience store at the lobby, which makes things much easier! Overall, a great airport hotel for Narita, that I’ll definitely come back when I got an early flight to catch.
The hotel's location is very close to the airport, easily accessible by bus. It's clean and tidy, perfect for a one-night business trip. There's a direct path connecting the hotel to the hot springs, so it was a real treat to relax there after a long, tiring day.
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.

Mmhwlq****A hotel shuttle is available from Maihama Station, just be sure to check the schedule. You can also walk to the hotel from Maihama Station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Disneyland. The hotel rooms are spacious, and complimentary toiletries are provided. From the balcony, you can even see Cinderella Castle. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and it has a fantastic Disney atmosphere.
YYounuo007The location is fantastic, right at Disney Bayside Station. The hotel is directly across from the station entrance. On clear mornings, you can even see Mount Fuji from your room! The beds are super comfortable, and the sheets were changed daily. There's a direct airport shuttle to all terminals, and a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, making it incredibly convenient. You can even watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel at 8:25 PM! I'd recommend having younger, English-speaking staff at the front desk, as the English pronunciation of the older staff was quite confusing. There are two small convenience stores and a Disney store on the second floor, which has everything you might need. There are also more dining options around Maihama Station.

HHanlanlanThe location is fantastic. Right by the sea, it's a five-minute walk to the subway station, Disneyland, or DisneySea, or a one-minute hotel shuttle ride to the Maihama Disney inner loop line. I booked a sea-view room, but arrived late on the first night and didn't get to see the view. The second day was cloudy and grey, with nothing visible, and the sea looked murky. However, on the last day, I finally saw Mount Fuji and the sea under a clear blue sky. It instantly felt worth it! The room size was excellent. We could open both our large suitcases and lay them flat. The hotel staff's service was a mixed bag. Some were exceptionally good, very meticulous, and happy to chat. Others were very robotic and rather impatient. This was especially true during breakfast. On the first morning, we arrived at 9:40 AM and were told that service would close promptly at 10:00 AM. So we quickly grabbed everything and started eating. When they began clearing up at 10:00 AM, I went to get an omelet. The chef jokingly told me it was the last one with a smile. I then went to the adjacent area to get a bowl of miso soup to take with me. While serving the soup, a staff member came to collect the kelp tongs. I asked her if she could wait until I was done using them, but she rolled her eyes and threw both tongs onto the table with a loud clatter. I was stunned. I turned around and saw that the aisle was already blocked off, and I was the only one left. I quickly left, feeling very awkward. The next day, when we went at 9:20 AM, there was a long queue. We weren't seated until 9:47 AM. There were queues in front of all the food stations, but thankfully, they extended service until 10:15 AM. The hotel has a convenience store, and buying bento, drinks, and snacks there is quite affordable. It's also great that you can book a bus directly from here to the airport. It would be even better if each room provided two bottles of water or if there were free scheduled shuttle buses to both Disney parks.
