FabairimengdexiaolongIf you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

Guest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially loving the room's decor. It had a warm and comfortable wooden style with soft lighting, which made it feel cozy and not cold at all. I felt incredibly relaxed in the room. I think the design and layout are brilliant. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the location was very convenient, being close to the subway station. I've already left Osaka for Kyoto, but I still miss this room a bit. If I come back to Osaka, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. I did notice the odd smell in the hallway that others mentioned in reviews, but it was bearable, and the room itself smelled pleasant. One minor point is that one of the hotel staff members, a lady, seemed a bit cold, perhaps just quiet by nature, but another lady was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. Despite being next to the highway, I didn't experience the noise I expected. Regarding the blackout issue mentioned in other reviews, I think you can just request a room not facing the highway. I'm currently at a hotel in Kyoto, and for some reason, it feels a bit eerie. I really miss this hotel!

Guest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

Dot2 CFantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location.

Guest UserI always opt for five-star hotels when I travel, but summer prices were just too high this year. So, I took a friend's recommendation and booked this place instead. 👍
It's about an hour from Kansai Airport, and Exit 13 is the closest to the hotel. The downside is there's no elevator there, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd suggest Exit 16, which has one.
The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. The room was quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – we slept soundly every night. The location is also fantastic, about a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. We stayed for five nights this time and visited Kobe and Kyoto. The Chuo and Midosuji subway lines right downstairs were super convenient.
I have to mention one particular incident. Check-out was at 11 AM, and our flight wasn't until 5 PM on the last day. Thinking we had plenty of time, my child and I went to Nipponbashi that morning. It wasn't until we got there that I remembered check-out was at 11! Luckily, my mother wasn't with us; she was having coffee at a cafe across from the hotel. I immediately contacted her and asked her to rush back to check out. But to our surprise, her Huawei phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi when she got back, and the only Pocket Wi-Fi device was with me! 😵💫 Since the reservation was under my name, the front desk needed to confirm check-out with me personally. But there was a language barrier, and my mom had no internet. She was incredibly flustered at that moment. Just then, a Chinese-speaking staff member appeared. He first calmed her down, telling her not to worry and that he would find a way to contact me, also explaining that the hotel's network was often unstable. He then took out a device and tried to connect her phone to the Wi-Fi in the lobby, but after many attempts, it didn't work. So, he took my mother back to the room and tried many more times until it finally connected, and he was able to reach me... His professionalism and meticulous work attitude deeply touched our entire family. We'd like to express our gratitude once again! I will definitely choose Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi again next time I visit Osaka. 👍

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.

JosephineLWMFacilities: Upon entering the hotel, the front desk is located straight ahead on the left. On the right, there's a 24-hour supply of beverages, vanilla-flavored ice cream, and alcoholic drinks starting from 3 PM. Free ramen is available from 9 PM to 10 PM.
Service: I was assisted by a staff member named Jess. She was warm and polite, providing me with an introduction to the hotel and explaining the location of various facilities. I booked a private onsen for that day; it was 4000 yen for 1 hour for two people, and a room was also available for early check-in. The staff even thoughtfully gave me a small gift as they noticed my birthday was two days later.
If I have the chance to visit Osaka again, I would definitely consider staying here!

From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to Tenmabashi. The complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious! The room layout is well-designed; we could fit a stroller and open two large suitcases comfortably. Plus, the baby cot was free, though it needed to be reserved in advance.

Anonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was absolutely flawless, but what truly blew me away was its unbeatable location! Stepping out of the hotel puts you right in the bustling heart of Shinsaibashi, which is an absolute paradise for anyone who loves shopping and good food. Whether you're looking to snap up the latest fashion trends, explore department stores, or stock up on cosmetics and *****, all the shopping hotspots are just steps away. The best part is that when your hands are full with shopping bags, you can just pop back to your room to drop them off within minutes, then head out again unencumbered – no more struggling on the subway with heavy loads. The dining options downstairs are so abundant it’s hard to choose! From authentic takoyaki and okonomiyaki to ramen shops and izakayas that still have queues late into the night, you'll never have to worry about going hungry. Staying here truly makes for a perfect trip where everything you need – from vibrant city life to delicious food and entertainment – is right at your doorstep. It’s definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Osaka; I highly recommend it to everyone!
