LLoischawThe B&B has beautiful decor and super comfy bedding. They've stocked mineral water, snacks, and drinks, making for a very comfortable stay. The room has a washer-dryer combo, though drying a full load of clothes takes a bit of time. All other facilities are great, and the breakfast tasted good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable. I stayed here for 2 nights with my parents. The hotel is luxurious and upscale, with a fantastic environment. If you have high standards for accommodation, the W Hotel is definitely worth considering. There are both heated pools and hot spring pools, and the gym staff were very warm and friendly. We went to the bar for drinks in the evening, and the vibe and lighting were amazing. Breakfast was lavish, and the Youpo noodles (oil-splashed noodles) were so fragrant! The balcony is huge, and the minibar looks great, though the drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Bottled water can be refilled, and staff are generally very responsive to requests. You need to ask for the luggage tag proactively, but it's well worth looking forward to. Location-wise, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Tang Paradise and Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, roughly half an hour to the Bell and Drum Towers, and about 50 minutes to the Terracotta Army.

The location is excellent—right above a bustling commercial area with tons of dining options, and very close to attractions like the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. The laundry service was particularly amazing, just as good as Atour's. Considering the rates during the National Day holiday, it definitely deserves a very high rating for the overall experience and value.

GGuest UserOur family had a fantastic stay! When I booked, I saw that the hotel was renovated in 2018, so I was a bit worried it might be old and not live up to its reputation. However, upon checking in, I found that it's very well-maintained and still looks quite new. The room was clean, the view was great, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, so even light sleepers won't have to worry. I personally think Hyatt's dining is the best among all hotel brands; the breakfast spread is rich, incorporates local specialties, and tastes delicious. The swimming pool and gym facilities are top-notch. The constant temperature of the pool water was very comfortable, so I didn't have to worry about my child catching a cold, and the water quality was also good – clearly well-managed! Judy, our butler, called a day in advance to ask if we needed airport transfer services and helped arrange a car based on my itinerary. Compared to Park Hyatt or other more luxurious hotels, the only potential drawback might be that this hotel is quite large with many rooms and guests. During busy times, it might be challenging to attend to every guest or for every staff member to greet each guest with a smile. Overall, our trip to Xi'an was wonderful, and our stay at the Grand Hyatt was excellent. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel deserves a five-star rating! I checked in on October 1st to a business twin room, and here's why it's so great: 1. **Room**: While not brand new, it's not old either. It was very clean and tidy, and you can really tell the quality of the decor and facilities from this established five-star hotel. The business twin room had large, bright windows. 2. **Food & Drink**: The room came with four complimentary bottles of water, a fruit platter, and two yogurts. **Breakfast**: This was five-star hotel standard, with a variety of breads, tofu pudding, noodles, pork rib soup, and even poached fish and stir-fries – basically lunch-level fare! Highly recommended! Just about 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a popular BBQ joint and a hot pot place. They were packed with people eating outside, so they must be delicious. However, I had already eaten and didn't try them. 3. **Location**: It's less than a 5-minute walk from Datang Xishi Metro Station. The airport shuttle bus stop is across the street at the Civil Aviation Building. I left at 10 AM on October 2nd, and despite a bit of traffic on Fengcheng Road, I reached T5 Terminal in 50 minutes. 4. **Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. 5. **Price**: On the evening of October 1st, a business twin room was only 358 RMB, including two breakfasts. Keep in mind that on the same night, even budget hotels like Hanting (Rujia) were over 300 RMB. After 20 years of business and leisure travel, this is my first time writing a hotel review. In four words: conscientious and excellent value.

GGuest UserI brought my little one to Xi'an and after comparing options, I still chose the well-established Ritz, part of the Marriott group. The location is very convenient; it's not within a scenic area or a commercial pedestrian street, which is a huge plus for a city like Xi'an with its traffic, making getting around so much easier. The room maintenance is good overall, with decor featuring Xi'an characteristics, especially the bedding. It's definitely among the best we've experienced in hotels; the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and getting a good night's sleep is essential when traveling! 😃 I highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel's oil-splashed noodles, beef soup, and even the 'Zhen Gao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) were better than what we ate outside. The fruit quality was excellent, and the yogurt was delicious. The pastries maintained their usual high standard, and the coffee, tea, and salads were all good. I can honestly say we were very satisfied with breakfast for several days. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail in service, which is rare for someone who frequently stays in hotels. I'm especially grateful to Sunny from the Concierge team; her service was meticulous, warm, and enthusiastic. We truly felt like we received personalized service 🎉🎉🎉. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Xi'an. I even bought a delightful little lion 🦁 on my way out. I will definitely choose the Ritz again next time.

AAnonymous UserMy family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, and it exceeded our expectations. The value for money was exceptional. The hotel looks brand new. As soon as we arrived, a security guard opened the car door for us, helped with our luggage, and greeted us warmly. It made us feel comfortable and instantly put us in a good mood. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. We also received complimentary welcome fruit and mooncakes, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location is very convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right next door that's easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.
