"The hotel was clean and well located. Good breakfast. We informed them that we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter, and yet they assigned us a room with twin beds, even though they said at check-in that there was nothing they could do. The room is small but clean. It smelled strongly of food because there was a Subway right across the street, and the kitchen must have been next to the room because we woke up in the morning to the smell of fried food."

"We were very happy in this hotel, everything was quite clean. Only the guest before us smoked in the room. That has unfortunately disturbed the good impression. Super connection in 10 minutes you are via S-train at Cologne/Bonn Airport."

"Excellent stay... the hotel is in a very good location in the center of Troisforf and across from the train station with which you are in Cologne in a few minutes. Breakfast is wonderful and the service of the staff is excellent! Clean rooms! The only negative was a staff member at the hotel reception when we left the last day when he told us that we owed breakfast all day while I showed her the booking that breakfast was paid.We had to pay four mornings for 2 people. Fortunately we informed Trip.com and he returned us the money. I can't understand what the particular employee was seeing on her computer for our reservation!"
