We stayed at Savoy Hotel Cebu and overall the experience was just okay. The room was smaller than what was shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. The toilet was also quite small and did not feel as dainty or well-designed as expected. Another concern was the breakfast policy. We booked the room with breakfast for 3 pax, but only 2 breakfasts were honored because my daughter is already 12 years old. This was not clearly explained during the booking, so it came as a surprise. The hotel is decent, but clearer information and more accurate photos would help manage guests’ expectations better.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early or late flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly with check-in and were always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. Considering the location, service, and comfort, the price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and airport-friendly place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!

The resort’s splendid. It was my 2nd time coming here. But I was pretty disappointed with the check in time. We came to the hotel around 3 pm in the hope that we can directly check in without any hassle but it was pretty disappointing that we had to wait for one hour to get our room and we were given a different room than what we booked. One thing about the floor inside the hotel hallways to the elevator .. was wet , it could be dangerous if people slipped. Though I still enjoyed the facilities specially the pool. THANKS

The hotel is good and quite affordable compared to what you can find in Cebu City. However, if you're a light sleeper and tend to sleep in rather than go to bed early, do not accept room 320. It's incredibly noisy because of the gym directly below it, which is open from 6 AM to 9 PM. Otherwise, this room, like others I've tried in this hotel, is functional.

Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus.

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The aircon is not that cold, but the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft too. The breakfast food is delicious too. The room service is fast.

The hotel is clean and has nice pool although it's in the shade. Wifi is very unstable. Better use data 5G. The hotel sarroundings are terrible and filthy. Smokers need to go outside the street to smoke with a chance of bitten by insects carrying diseases due to the appaling state of filth and sewage.

Had a good comfortable stay at this hotel. We all had separate rooms, the staff gave us rooms next to each other and at the end of the hall. Very convenient for us. Ayala shopping centre is across the road with everything you could ever need, stores like Zara, H&M, Adidas, Speedo...shops you would see at home. Good chain food options as well. Pool area was well layed out, the cocktails and massages were well priced. All staff were very pleasant and happy to assist. The security staff at the hotel were exceptional. They arranging a hotel recommended taxi to take us to Tops. Always cautious when it is 4 females. The ride share services are not allowed to go to Tops. We payed 1500 Phillipine Paesos for a return trip and the taxi waited whilst we had dinner and cocktails...picked us up at 4.30pm and dropped us home at 10.30pm. Now that is value. Overall it was a pleasant experience and hotel was good.
