A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.

Our three-day, two-night trip to Chimelong Qingyuan was fantastic overall. The animals at Forest Kingdom were very clean, and the environment was lovely. We took our time exploring with the kids and easily spent an entire day there. The restaurants all had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the animal enclosures. The Hot Spring Park had plenty of pools with ideal water temperatures and lots of slides. The kids absolutely loved God Tree Park – it was clean, spacious, and had some really fun activities. But what truly stood out was the service. Every staff member we encountered in the park was incredibly enthusiastic and patient when we asked for directions. They even proactively offered tips and advice when they saw us with children. You could tell a lot of thought went into the facilities as well: there were ample resting areas, the food was delicious, and the restrooms were spotless. These small details really make a difference when traveling with kids. Three days felt just right – not too long, not too short – and we had a comfortable, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable time. Both the adults and children had a blast. Highly recommended!

It feels as if the buildings grew out of the mountain rather than being simply 'placed' there. This 'exposed earth' approach is a modern reinterpretation of traditional Japanese village settlements. **Lobby | Materials are the protagonist, lighting sets the mood** The material palette is very restrained – essentially just raw wood and natural stone. What's fascinating is how these materials are utilized: wood appears as solid slabs, grilles, and slices; stone comes in chiseled, polished, and natural finishes. The materials themselves remain unchanged, but the varied processing creates vastly different textures and expressions. **Hot Springs and Spa | A dual commitment to tactile materials and water quality** Genuine mountain spring water is used for both indoor and outdoor facilities, striking a good balance between privacy and a natural feel. What surprised me most was the design of some guest bathroom – a direct collision of rock, wood, and metal, creating a strong contrast in textures. The embedded bathtubs are generously sized, avoiding a cramped feeling in the bathroom. This sense of 'spaciousness' is a significant plus in a resort hotel. **Xuan Restaurant | An all-day spatial rhythm** The space seamlessly connects with the courtyard, featuring grilles, lighting, and displays that embody typical Japanese aesthetics – restrained yet detailed. Breakfast truly impresses with its rich variety. The live cooking stations have a lively atmosphere, and the operational flow is well-designed; chefs are busy but organized, making for a pleasant visual experience. This is a resort hotel with a deeply Japanese soul – serene, restrained. Some say it has an Aman-like quality, but I believe it's more like Aman's aesthetic blended with Rosewood's consideration for comfort. It offers a bit more 'warmth' than pure minimalism and an added layer of 'design sensibility' compared to a purely utilitarian resort. The most captivating feature is the lobby chandelier, a visual focal point. Raindrop-shaped lights cascade from the wooden ceiling, artfully staggered, with light diffused before it falls, creating a much softer glow.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to Futian Checkpoint (Fumin) Metro Station, with access to Lines 4, 7, and 10 – getting around is a breeze. Across the street, you'll find Huanggang Village, Shuiwei Village, and the 1368 Cultural Street, which are packed with all sorts of snacks and restaurants. There are so many choices for dining and shopping, making it really easy to just step out and explore during your free time. The hotel also offers a free self-service laundry room and a simple gym area. The rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. If you need a refill on water or drinks, just ask the smart speaker [Xiao Du Xiao Du] and they'll call for you.

Came here with the kids for the weekend. The room facilities are a bit dated, but the bed is big enough. Cleanliness was just okay. They have a ball pit, which was a plus. The front desk staff were not very friendly or flexible. It's relatively convenient to get to the hot springs, and the only good thing about the hot springs was that they weren't too crowded – pretty average overall. There were a lot of extra charges, so the value for money wasn't great.

The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The service was equally commendable. From check-in at the front desk to room service, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and the taste was excellent, catering to various preferences and starting the day off on a great note. The hotel's facilities are also outstanding. The swimming pool, hot springs, and fitness area are all well-maintained and offer a fantastic experience. I especially loved the hotel's lakeside proximity; a leisurely stroll along the lake, enjoying the breeze and scenery, was incredibly pleasant. Whether for a business trip or a leisure getaway, this hotel is highly recommended, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Songshan Lake.

The biggest surprise of this trip! Yunqi Moye perfectly embodies the idea of a 'pastoral retreat.' The lobby is beautifully designed, and with farmland and peak forests right outside the window, it feels like living inside a painting. The room was spacious and spotless! The infinity pool on the fourth floor reflects the mountain scenery; it's so beautiful I didn't want to leave, and it's an amazing spot to watch the sunset. The complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast were both delicious. It's very close to nearby attractions and activities, and the nearby Shan Kala Ka Coffee Camp even offers paddleboarding and BBQ. I'm planning to bring friends back again this summer!

This was my first time staying at the Zhonghai Tangquan Hotel. The Huizhou-style architecture and antique room decor created a wonderful ambiance [strong]. The resort grounds feature waterfalls and a lake, and they even offer boat rides. The service was excellent in all aspects, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient check-in process. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious food. In the evening, I enjoyed the hot springs; the water quality was superb, and the hot spring area was beautifully designed.
