Taking advantage of the New Year's Day holiday, I brought my family here to experience it. The festive events were rich and colorful, with parade performances, bonfire parties, and a fireworks display. Both the kids and adults had a blast! The concierge staff, especially the 'Da Ge' (big brother), provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service. It was a very pleasant trip!

The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.
