The courtyard was beautiful and close to the Dongchang Lake Scenic Area. The service at the restaurant was attentive and enthusiastic, especially Zhang Xue, the waiter in the new private room. She was very warm and thoughtful, and we felt very well taken care of during our meal. We must commend her for this. Of course, there were some shortcomings. The disposable razor provided in the room was of poor quality, with a chipped blade. After shaving, I scratched my face and scalp several times.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were very warm and thoughtful. It's a bit expensive, but it's very suitable for young children. If you're tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest. The scooter is also very convenient. The scenic area is very large, so you must have a scooter. Feeding the giraffes for breakfast the next day was also very good. The location is excellent, especially the giraffe keeper Zhai Huaijun, who helped to lead the giraffes over, guided the shooting angles and movements, and helped take a lot of photos and videos. The facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, hot springs, a sauna, and a gym, adding a lot of convenient options to your trip. Breakfast is abundant, featuring local specialties like Qingdao prawns, and especially the freshly fried Chinese crullers (youtiao), which are incredibly fragrant! My first visit to Qingdao left me with wonderful memories here. I look forward to returning to this place in the future and will definitely choose to stay at the Haiyi Sailing Hotel again!

The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Waking up to the sound of the waves and pulling back the curtains to a dazzling sunrise, followed by the buffet breakfast – pure bliss! Plus, they offer free photo printing to capture those wonderful Christmas memories. The service was also impeccable. I even left my charger behind and didn't realize it until the hotel proactively contacted us to arrange for it to be mailed back. The staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. A truly perfect experience!

I visited yesterday. I checked in at 9 PM, but the door was locked, so I waited outside for 20 minutes. The entrance was incorrectly marked on the map. It's a bit far to get there by bus from Jangchu Station. The breakfast interior is Japanese-style, but the hotel service is a bit awkward, focusing on Tang Dynasty style. However, the breakfast is authentic Chinese, which might be disappointing for Koreans. However, the room design is very nice. It felt clean and well-organized. I was very satisfied with the free shuttle service to Jangchu Station. I would like to visit again. I give it the maximum 5 stars possible!

I had a very comfortable stay. The receptionist, Xiao Ge, was excellent and processed my check-in quickly – she deserves praise. The hotel's location is also superb, offering breathtaking views of Huancui Tower! The tower is especially stunning when illuminated at night. Being able to enjoy such a magnificent view from my room was a truly unique experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Weihai.
