Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

Drain in sink clogged 2. Hair drier not working 3. Annoying buzzing sound (emitted by refrigerator?) impeding continuous restful sleep 4. Clock set incorrectly indicating 40 minutes fast 5. Terrible corrugated floors uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet or with socks 6. Very few spare outlets to use or inconveniently located negating their utility 7. Quirky, unergonomic lighting i.e. insufficient lighting for reading in bed; floor lamp located in useless place 8. Bed needs an extra, thin sheet (brought my own fortunately) and is not long enough for tall people Cleaners start vacuuming around the doors of the room by 10AM so if you are not sleepless from the noise in the room, then you will get woken up by the cleaners mid-morning. I used this hotel as I had a 17 hour layover in Sharjah. It is located in the neighborhood Majaz-1. On the way from Sharjah airport on a Saturday evening it was slow going by taxi (30-40 minutes) at a cost of 55 dirhams but Sunday morning just 10-15 minutes at a cost of 36 dirhams. This was an alternative for me to staying at the overpriced Sharjah Airport hotel on Dhaid Road ”Centro” (in which there are no eating options outside this Centro Hotel). However, near Hotel 72 turning right at the main entrance staying on the main street there is a good Arabic restaurant within perhaps 250 meters from the hotel called Madfoon Al-Khaimah. That is why I rated location as very good in terms of utility of Hotel 72 as a transit hotel. Charged $79 for one night. If you add in an additional $27 for taxis from/to the Airport, the savings from staying is very small to nil but at least you can have a good meal at an affordable price near Hotel 72 at Madfoon Al-Khaimah. I would not rate this hotel highly but standards are low throughout Sharjah so, in comparison with other Sharjah options, it is not a bad choice. Certainly better than the last time I transited in Sharjah and stayed one night in Ibis Sharjah, which, even at half the price of Hotel 72, is an inferior choice by far. If memory serves, by the way, I stayed in room 607 down the corridor on the 6th floor last door on the left.

The management kindly changed our room, but the inconvenience had already set in. Other side It is a very nice hotel. Good for the budget. Atmosphere is easy to access. The staff at Ruwi is great. The place is filled with extremely generous and kind people. Also, it's really close to some good restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious.

Next we followed to the hall where the service staff met us. Everyone was welcome and smiley. The settlement went very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, every room had a TV, the equipment was all in a good condition. The bathrooms were clean. The room was cool, smelled pleasant in both rooms and hotel. Beds are very comfortable, pillows, blanket, everything at the top level. Every morning in the room was cleaned, brought water, tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is also very successful. You can walk on the embankment, or visit the hotel park. There are also many shops and supermarkets next to you. Also in step-by-step availability, there is a shopping mall. Before the sea walk 40 minutes. Also nearby are different markets. At the very end of our holiday, when we had already given the room, we expected a transfer on the balcony in the hall, we brought local coffee and phinics. Of course I didn't want to leave! It was all at the top level! Thanks to Al Majaz Premiere and its staff for making our trip so unforgettable! 10 out of 10!

We stayed there only because there was a weekend and public holidays, so many hotels were sold out and we didn’t have another option. I didn’t even think that this kind of hotel exists in this country even. It’s not 4* hotel at all, I would give it 2 stars as maximum. The property is very old and very poor when it comes to housekeeping. First they gave us a room which is connected to other, and you can hear every single move and sound on what’s happening in next room, no privacy at all! The cupboard was broken as well, when we requested to change the room, they told that hotel is fully booked, however after we complained they changed a room, at least thanks for that. But still a room wasn’t clean, there are stains on bed, there is even leftovers from a food under the bed!! Unbelievable!! There is a leakage from AC in the washroom and water is everywhere on a floor because of it. Breakfast is poor and they don’t even have a Normal coffee such as latte or cappuccino, they serve guests with Nescafé 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Not all staff is wearing masks in the restaurant in the middle of pandemic! Everything is dirty in the restaurant and seems no one cares about it. Only the one restaurant is open and the lounge which they have photos on *********** isn’t functioning (as per the staff it only opens for special events🤦🏻♀️). Pool is just so bad that I even couldn’t enter it, because of a smell and plus it’s inside the building. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

Maintenance of hotel is very poor, main door lock was broken( SCREENSHOT attached with date & time) bath tub cap was not available, pressure of shower was too less, proper hot water in showers & tap was unavailable and all of above maintenance staff including lady receptionist has ignored all these things by saying “All are OK, these minor things should be avoided” For a 04 star property guest satisfaction is not their priority. Secondly our nearby 1104 room 02 male guests/staff has put their chair on door to keep door open continuously till midnight and doing the smoking/liquor etc which hampers privacy of any family (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED with date & time). Whole night we haven’t sleep as Door lock was not available and nearby room personnel were not trustable. Also the breakfast was very limited and tasteless, moreover lady staff at restaurant was rude enough and even refused to flame the tea/coffee. Overall a horrible experience at Sharjah Palace hotel Sharjah UAE

Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

|4.6km from city centerCo located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

We went there by bus 67 from the Burjuman metro station. Back stuffed with clothes on a wheelbarrow. It's 130 dirhams to the hotel.

As for the dining room, it's something terrible at all. I wanted to take another chicken,...besides beans and beans no more, the worker ran to me with big emitted eyes and began to noisyly explain that I couldn't take any more. It was very unpleasant and humiliating. Paying the money is also humiliating. I'm here for the second time in this hotel but it just never happened. The rooms are large and clean, they are cleaned perfectly, linen is changed every other day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, and 1.5 liters of water are supplied daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sandy beach. There are umbrellas, sun loungers and towels on the beach. The beach and pool open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. I didn’t like that when the beach opened, people ran and took seats, and then went to bed and had breakfast, while others didn’t have enough seats because of this. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry, scrambled eggs begin to be fried from 7.30-8.00 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast start at 6.00. People say that lunch and dinner are good, but they were not included for me. Very reasonable prices and large portions if you order food from a restaurant a la carte. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so you need to take a taxi to the center (15 dirhams). The hotel also offers transfers to various shopping centers in Sharjah and to the Dubai, which is located via the metro line. I especially recommend getting to Dubai by ferry. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Several people at the reception understand Russian, but in general they do not know it. I recommend this hotel, especially in hot weather.

My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. |6.16km from city centerI have stayed at this apartment for one month, and the rent price is affordable compared to the Dubai accommodations. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Housekeeping (Islam Abbas Karim) was so friendly; he cleaned up the room every day so, the room looked new and felt fresh every morning. He changed the new towel every day, provided room amenities (ex.: coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of 1,5L water) every day, picked up the rubbish every morning, changed the bad every single morning too. The problem for me is the location. It is far from metro stations and bus stops. The nearest metro station is reachable within 11 min. (by taxi, uber, or private car), it is Al Qiyadah Metro Station.

Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

|5.55km from city centerThis hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.
