|5.27km from city centerIn December 2023, there was a road repair near the hotel. But at the same time there was a decent discount on accommodation. Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

|2.76km from city centerMy husband and I have been to this hotel 2 times, in July 2022 and March 2023. The hotel is close to the beach, the beach is free for hotel guests, the sea is super. In July +32, in March +24. Our room was large, they cleaned it well, every day, they brought water, replenished the soap and sewing bottles. Everything worked in the room. The food was good. But I liked the food better in 2022, maybe the chef changed in 2023. The set of products and dishes was the same. But you could choose to your liking. We had full board. And we didn't regret it. We are ready to go to this hotel again. The main thing is that the prices are reasonable.

|3.53km from city centerMore like a 4 star B hotel but at least better than Ibis Sharjah Liked · 1. True non-smoking room not non-smoking only in name as at Ibis Sharjah 2. Excellent refrigerator with working freezer. 3. Excellent aircon with temperature control. 4. Spacious room and large modern bathroom. 5. Mattress is comfy. 6 Good blackout curtains. Disliked · 1. Drain in sink clogged 2. Hair drier not working 3. Annoying buzzing sound (emitted by refrigerator?) impeding continuous restful sleep 4. Clock set incorrectly indicating 40 minutes fast 5. Terrible corrugated floors uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet or with socks 6. Very few spare outlets to use or inconveniently located negating their utility 7. Quirky, unergonomic lighting i.e. insufficient lighting for reading in bed; floor lamp located in useless place 8. Bed needs an extra, thin sheet (brought my own fortunately) and is not long enough for tall people Cleaners start vacuuming around the doors of the room by 10AM so if you are not sleepless from the noise in the room, then you will get woken up by the cleaners mid-morning. I used this hotel as I had a 17 hour layover in Sharjah. It is located in the neighborhood Majaz-1. On the way from Sharjah airport on a Saturday evening it was slow going by taxi (30-40 minutes) at a cost of 55 dirhams but Sunday morning just 10-15 minutes at a cost of 36 dirhams. This was an alternative for me to staying at the overpriced Sharjah Airport hotel on Dhaid Road ”Centro” (in which there are no eating options outside this Centro Hotel). However, near Hotel 72 turning right at the main entrance staying on the main street there is a good Arabic restaurant within perhaps 250 meters from the hotel called Madfoon Al-Khaimah. That is why I rated location as very good in terms of utility of Hotel 72 as a transit hotel. Charged $79 for one night. If you add in an additional $27 for taxis from/to the Airport, the savings from staying is very small to nil but at least you can have a good meal at an affordable price near Hotel 72 at Madfoon Al-Khaimah. I would not rate this hotel highly but standards are low throughout Sharjah so, in comparison with other Sharjah options, it is not a bad choice. Certainly better than the last time I transited in Sharjah and stayed one night in Ibis Sharjah, which, even at half the price of Hotel 72, is an inferior choice by far. If memory serves, by the way, I stayed in room 607 down the corridor on the 6th floor last door on the left.

|3.18km from city centerI recently had a stay at this apartment, and unfortunately, upon entering the apartment, we were shocked to find it full of cockroaches and other insects. The management kindly changed our room, but the inconvenience had already set in. Other side It is a very nice hotel. Good for the budget. Atmosphere is easy to access. The staff at Ruwi is great. The place is filled with extremely generous and kind people. Also, it's really close to some good restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious.

|3.48km from city centerGood day! Rest in January 2023. First of all, perhaps, our settlement was taking place at night. We were met by the carrier and took all the bags. Next we followed to the hall where the service staff met us. Everyone was welcome and smiley. The settlement went very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, every room had a TV, the equipment was all in a good condition. The bathrooms were clean. The room was cool, smelled pleasant in both rooms and hotel. Beds are very comfortable, pillows, blanket, everything at the top level. Every morning in the room was cleaned, brought water, tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is also very successful. You can walk on the embankment, or visit the hotel park. There are also many shops and supermarkets next to you. Also in step-by-step availability, there is a shopping mall. Before the sea walk 40 minutes. Also nearby are different markets. At the very end of our holiday, when we had already given the room, we expected a transfer on the balcony in the hall, we brought local coffee and phinics. Of course I didn't want to leave! It was all at the top level! Thanks to Al Majaz Premiere and its staff for making our trip so unforgettable! 10 out of 10!

|6.14km from city centerI informed the hotel prior to arrival about my arrival time which was around 9 am. I arrived after long delayed flight ,the receptionist told me that there are no vacant rooms I told her about my request she said “I only have one room and the guest Will arrive soon but you know what i will take the responsibility and register it for you because you seem so exhausted “. After unpacking and tried to have rest we found cockroaches, and missing kitchenware, the toilet flush is damaged and pours water everywhere, one of the showers has only hot water and i was burned and the ceramic wall was broken and my son got injured. After few days i couldnt take it and even though packing the bags with kids around was challenging but i requested to change the room ,insects and cockroaches were increasing was the hot weather and i couldnt tolerate that however they tried to bring the pest control but with no success. After insisting on changing the room , the finally showed me another room but it was late in the evening so I told them I will move in the morning as I need more time to pack my bags. In the morning i packed all my stuff and ready to move they claimed “ will never keep a room empty, you had the chance to move yesterday we could never do anything for you now sorry you will need to wait”. after a long struggle they gave me an vacant room which I found out it was rejected by another guest and here comes the other room -no cockroaches (+1) - No hot water in the bathtub . -No enough towels and when I asked for more they told me even though we are 4 persons it’s only one shower so they cannot supply us with more than 2 towels. - problem with the manhole in the kitchen which brought up dirty water every morning . -fridge was damaged. -most of the furniture torn apart .Adding to that the vending machine in the lobby has took the coins and did not bring back the drink And when we complained to the reception they told us it’s non of their business and will inform the manufacturer company. And never got fixed Our stay was long and terrible, unfortunately i had busy schedule and couldn’t leave this hell of s place

|7.15km from city centerHotel Sharjah Palace is very good look wise, the owner has really expend lot of money to decorate the hotel. But the management of hotel is not at all good. Maintenance of hotel is very poor, main door lock was broken( SCREENSHOT attached with date & time) bath tub cap was not available, pressure of shower was too less, proper hot water in showers & tap was unavailable and all of above maintenance staff including lady receptionist has ignored all these things by saying “All are OK, these minor things should be avoided” For a 04 star property guest satisfaction is not their priority. Secondly our nearby 1104 room 02 male guests/staff has put their chair on door to keep door open continuously till midnight and doing the smoking/liquor etc which hampers privacy of any family (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED with date & time). Whole night we haven’t sleep as Door lock was not available and nearby room personnel were not trustable. Also the breakfast was very limited and tasteless, moreover lady staff at restaurant was rude enough and even refused to flame the tea/coffee. Overall a horrible experience at Sharjah Palace hotel Sharjah UAE

|4.6km from city centerCo located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

|5.26km from city centerKeep in mind several of these issues are related to the fact that the hotel is understaffed. 1st, they don't always answer the phone (Both when you're staying at the hotel or just considering it) Here are a number of issues we faced during our stay, within the character limit. They increase the AC temp during night time in the summer ”to save power” although it's very hot (>35 degrees celsius at night) We booked a presidential suite. We were told that the difference between it & an executive suite was that the presidential suite had a jacuzzi, so we figured why not. We were told on the phone that there was valet parking. This was not the case when we arrived. There was no valet parking. There was basement parking, which was a bit narrow/uncomfortable in certain spots but overall fine. Upon arrival, there was only 1 receptionist available. I suggest they hire 1-2 more to deal with customers checking in & out and with those who have questions & to pick up the phone. This poor single receptionist was printing papers, checking ID's, talking with 2 groups of customers checking in as well as a group checking out, answering phone calls, & opening/closing parking gates. The one good thing about our stay was his assistance - Leonardo, so I would like to thank him & I hope he gets a raise. After checking in, we went to our presidential suite. 1st impressions were positive at the beginning - it looked nice & I liked the blue carpet's colour & the paint was bright. However, after that, cracks started to appear in our view. The flat TV screen was small & ancient. It was also bolted in such a way that concealed the ports behind the TV. This led to our 1st negative interaction with maintenance & IT. The person who responded said they were in the process of getting new TVs & that only 2 in the entire hotel had an HDMI cable port. I knew that was false. He insisted. When I kept questioning him about it, he said he'd send someone to check it out. Leonardo the receptionist showed up along with the maintenance guy, & they both unscrewed a screw behind the TV to allow us to check behind it, where we saw there was indeed an HDMI cable & it worked. The bed's mattress was as hard as the floor. The pillows were meh. But the worst thing about the bedroom was this wind chime that was right in front of the A/C vents. I'm not sure what decor genius thought this was a good idea, because it was terrible. Every time we closed our eyes to sleep they would jingle & wake us up. Next, the bathrooms. There were 2, which was good, but one of them had a clogged up sink so the water rose quickly. The other bathroom with the jacuzzi & the shower had a broken heater. The false ceiling had markings of mould/humidity/leaking water & so on. The water coming from the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. It rendered the jacuzzi unusable. The water also had a funny green colour which made it seem unhealthy to use. We complained & after an adventure with the help of a security guy, the rec

|5.74km from city centerI stayed at this hotel in September. Overall everything is good. 95% of vacationers in this hotel are Russians. The rooms are large and clean, they are cleaned perfectly, linen is changed every other day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, and 1.5 liters of water are supplied daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sandy beach. There are umbrellas, sun loungers and towels on the beach. The beach and pool open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. I didn’t like that when the beach opened, people ran and took seats, and then went to bed and had breakfast, while others didn’t have enough seats because of this. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry, scrambled eggs begin to be fried from 7.30-8.00 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast start at 6.00. People say that lunch and dinner are good, but they were not included for me. Very reasonable prices and large portions if you order food from a restaurant a la carte. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so you need to take a taxi to the center (15 dirhams). The hotel also offers transfers to various shopping centers in Sharjah and to the Dubai, which is located via the metro line. I especially recommend getting to Dubai by ferry. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Several people at the reception understand Russian, but in general they do not know it. I recommend this hotel, especially in hot weather.

|5.37km from city centerRested with a girlfriend at the end of April. A great impression from both the hotel itself and the staff who are very hard to make our rest careless and unforgettable. The room is excellent, cleaning and changing clothes every day, food at any taste. The atmosphere in the hotel is very comfortable and quiet, in the inner courtyard the pool, fountains, birds sing. The sea is chic, with lying problems, but the places under the curtain are apparently occupied from the night by the guests of the Lu Lu Hotel. Thanks to the guide Ramil, you can always ask any question, and the prices for the tour are at times lower than the tour operator. The rest remains very satisfied, the hotel is recommended for a quiet rest. Thank you to all staff of the hotel for your work and care.

|6km from city centerIt so happened that we came across a burning tour at a ridiculous price, and in two days of preparations we arrived in Sharjah. By the way, we were already in the UAE in 2017, having visited all the popular excursions, and this time I was hoping for a beach holiday. Given the circumstances, in a pandemic, I thought that I would cook the lion's share myself in the kitchenette, which, as far as I understand, all rooms are equipped with. My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. Anyway, those who took the tour with food complained about the monotony of the menu. You decide. Here it is customary for guests to give out only two large towels, although the hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel. At first, I thought that the staff was sharpening a tooth on me, for that scandal during check-in, but then it turned out that other tourists also had this. And even then, after putting things in order, the maid takes them away. Returning from the beach, you need to catch the maid to beg for them. In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is spacious, though without a balcony, but it is equipped with three types of curtains, ranging from blockouts to model curtains, which makes it dark during the day as well as at night. And at night, at least gouge out your eyes. I think this is done to protect against heat and noise. With lighting here, sadness, if you like to have lamps and lights everywhere, then you are clearly not here. In general, the room is always very dark during the day and at night the same way, you can break all your legs, if you woke up in the middle of the night, then there is not a single lamp or sconce. The upper and only ceiling is turned on only near the entrance and shines dimly. Apparently with electricity there is control and accounting, all electrical equipment is connected directly without sockets. Do not rush to buy an exorbitant phone adapter, as the hotel guide advised us, the phone can, in principle, be charged from a hair dryer. But here is a chic bed, just huge, my husband is on

|3.38km from city centerHotel is not bad! Yes, not new! And worth, your money. Breakfast is worthy! Rats, have not seen or heard. Room cleaning every day. Bed and towel change every day. Bed is clean! The people write that towel needs to be asked. Yes, it is. 3 days lived, after cleaning put 1 towel, although we are 2 and take 2 towels. Get down to the recession, please one more. Without the prole, in 5 minutes they bring. Wi-Fi is negligible, but for 2 days. We need to go down for a new password every 2 days. For us this is not a problem. In central streets in cafes and restaurants, prices range from 20 to 40 dirham per portion. Between the yards are 2 times cheaper. Don't be afraid, local, sit down at the table and order. They can cook personally, not acute food, but it will be necessary to wait 10-15 minutes. They can put ready, but acute and immediately. The price for the dish is not changed. The location of the hotel for us is acceptable, up to water 2 to 3 km. Taxi and buses have not been canceled. We, at 50, walk easily to the beach and back. 1 time by bus and 1 time by taxi. Many shops, next stops all sides! Hotel recommends for the middle class. A, the bourgeois recommends staying in hotels 4 and 5 stars.
