If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

I will definitely choose Orange Crystal again next time I come to Suzhou. The subway is just downstairs and the transportation is convenient. It is close to surrounding scenic spots and shopping malls. I especially like the family room I stayed in this time. It is spacious and comfortable, and the dressing room is very practical. I like it.

This is the first time I write a ✍️ review. We arrived at the hotel at 9pm, and the hotel even gave me an extra breakfast coupon for a child. I am very grateful to the hotel for its generosity. When you go out of the hotel, turn right and you will see Pingjiang Road, which is just a few steps away. It's 100m away. It's very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lion Grove and the Suzhou Museum. The Pipa Museum and Pingtan are also not far away. It's a great place to bring your children. It's quite convenient. You can spend two or three days in Suzhou. Here, my dad felt that the hotel restaurant was the most satisfying meal he had. The pickled cucumbers are definitely the best in cold dishes. The breakfast in the hotel was also pretty good 👍 Overall it was pretty good!

I brought my kids to Suzhou and stayed at this hotel. The location is very good. Pingjiang Road, Lion Grove, and Humble Administrator's Garden are all very close and can be reached on foot. The environment of the hotel is very good, the garden landscape is very beautiful, and there are many books in the hotel with a bookish style. The staff provided good service. They called one day in advance to ask if you were driving and informed you of the restrictions on foreign license plates. When I returned to the room at night, they provided a piece of fruit. When I got up in the morning, I called to ask for two bottles of water, and they delivered warm water, which I thought was very good. The breakfast was OK, just average.

I recently had one of the best stays in China at a remarkable accommodation. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's kindness was truly exceptional. They were always ready to assist with a smile, acting swiftly and being incredibly helpful. The spacious room was well-equipped, including reliable Japanese commodes. I loved every moment of my stay, and without a doubt, I'll be recommending this place to everyone. You won't regret choosing this outstanding establishment.

Housekeeping was really thoughtful. Saw that we bought bottles of water from a convenience store. When we came back after our tours, they refilled our rooms with bottles of water and left a note. Really appreciate the initiative! Location is excellent. Easily accessible. Near Pingjiang road. Fairly walkable to other Suzhou tourists spots, if not, there is a metro station nearby. Most of the reception staff dont speak english, but it was not much of a problem.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Andu Hotel. Their service started from the moment we arrived in Suzhou station, up until the moment we left Suzhou. I want to thank Manager Meng who took us to the hotel from the station and gave us so many amazing recommendations to eat and visit around Suzhou. (We spoke in Chinese so it may have been easier to communicate that way, but I can’t speak for service in English.) There were so much amazing food within the vicinity of the hotel. There’s a restaurant called 鑫震源 (XinZhenYuan) right across the street from the hotel that is famous for their pan fried dumplings that’s definitely worth a try. The environment of the hotel is also very clean and well organised. The inside looks way bigger than it looks on the outside. The lobby is very modern and spacious. However there is a ramp leading up to the lobby area that may be a little steep but you only really have to go there during checkin :) Our family room had two bedrooms, each with their own TV and controls. Their facilities were also very modern; it was a smart room with stuff like switch controlled curtains. For us, we loved how their TV also had many choices for their shows, and we had access to their VIP episodes as well! Breakfast selection was also pretty good! But I was in Suzhou for the food anyways so I didn’t eat that much 🥲 There’s also free access to their laundry room with detergent provided (but you have to wash yourself). One thing to note, if you booked a family room and you have an elderly with you, you might want to notify them as rooms on level 3 are apparently only accessible by stairs, but this should not be a point to deter you away from the hotel. Just for their friendliness and impeccable service, I will definitely be back again when I return to Suzhou. My family and I loved the stay!
