"My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very poor. The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming—most didn’t even greet guests, and many seemed irritated by their work. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. Mattresses were scattered around the premises, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the plates and glasses in the dining area were often dirty or even broken. The food was especially disappointing. It was either burnt, bland, or undercooked. Even the simplest dishes, like rice pudding, were poorly prepared—it was essentially just boiled rice in milk. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. There was no Wi-Fi available, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, this place fails to meet even basic expectations for hospitality. If you have the option, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."
