"A very bad hotel. The bar staff are rude, there's no cold water, and if you ask for it more than once, they start winking at you and talking amongst themselves. The rooms are disastrous, especially the outdoor ones; the TV doesn't work, and the staff fight with customers, especially The cleaning staff are rude, the sheets aren't washed properly and have yellow and red spots (please check your sheets before sleeping), the pool is yellowish, and the hotel is full of rude and unsavory people. The food is the same every day, there's no change, and even the staff don't give you enough food; they give you as much as a cat, especially at breakfast. Each Sunday you only get two pancakes smaller than the palm of your hand, which isn't enough, and the same goes for the croissants.I think a buffet means you can eat however you want without anyone controlling you, and even the desserts after the meal aren't available in sufficient quantities; when you leave, they're gone. Ask the hotel to only allow a number of guests it can accommodate, not more than its capacity allows.He doesn't skimp on food because the customers are paying for it; it's not free."

"Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties."

"Very bad experience at Hotel Abou Sofiane. From the moment we arrived, the air conditioning at the reception wasn’t working, making the wait extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we had to wait almost two hours before getting our room, without any explanation or apology. On top of that, they had run out of the All Inclusive wristbands, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The worst part was the service. The reception staff were unprofessional, often rude, and spoke to guests in an arrogant manner. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They seriously need to improve their organization, customer service, and, most importantly, the way they treat their guests."
