"I booked online 1 bedroom plus breakfast for 2. We arrived 5.45 the receptionist seemed pleasant at first I told her we had booked bed plus breakfast she insisted we hadn’t and breakfast is separate. I booked through Logis the hotel website. Once checked in she gave directions to another building not actually in the hotel Arnold. It was up the street in another building around the back in room 63. It was dark as it was winter. No instructions were given to us on how to get in the building. After fumbling around for about 10 minutes we finally found a key pad on the wall to gain entry. Our room was pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately these wasn’t a shower only a bath. I am 71 and my husband is 76, not ideal for elderly people. The we went for dinner, unfortunately for us it wasn’t pleasant. If you like fatty ham and sausage great one boiled potato and sauerkraut. We were offered mustard which gave it flavour thankfully! I won’t go on about the problems we had. But I would like to say a few years ago my husband stayed in the lovely Hotel Arnold and wanted me to experience the same but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. In the future I will be staying at the Emmebuckle where I have stayed many times before. A message to Hotel Arnold please don’t display a picture of Hotel Arnold when you send us down the street to stay in a different building!"

Although the room is not big, the quality of the materials used is very good, especially the bedding, which is the most comfortable one I have used recently. I slept very well at night. The breakfast is self-service. There are not many choices, but the basic categories are covered and the taste is very good. The service was attentive and friendly. Very cost-effective!"

"We were woken up by a fire alarm at 4:30 am. When we tried to exit the exit door was locked. Not only is this gross incompetence it is also criminal. Fortunately the fire was a problem in the kitchen but if it wasn’t it could have been a disaster. Pure mismanagement. "

"so yes the new spa is having an effect, it seems that the hotel is going to enter a new phase of work but that is no longer enough...especially for the price. the hotel is aging, the pool area is too small especially for the number of deckchairs...our room at 300 euros, rustic decor aging, noisy air conditioning, broken shower head holder, view of work fortunately stopped. we also found that the breakfast no longer has its former splendor. in short for almost 400 euros with breakfast, there is better elsewhere."

Beaucoup de Mets différents pour un copieux petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu jouir du soleil de l’après-midi dans la cour de l’hôtel. En plus, nous avons pu charger notre tesla dans le garage de l’hôtel. Weekend de Pâques très réussi! En plus, un personnel bien à la hauteur."
