"Adequate big improvement since 2020 Good communication with registration/front desk during ice storm delays. Bed was super comfortable,and room was warm. The entrance was difficult to manage, entered via Sonic. The toilet seat and toilet rock (125-145 lbs), tub ring, mold at top of sink, coffee maker grimly , disgusting and unplugged, 10 pm train rumble, 2 am quarrel outside in parking lot, 2 running police cars in icy parking lot ＞ 1 hr, remote so complicated that I gave it up(gave up on internet too),no eggs at breakfast and coffee pot empty with no one at desk during check out. Sounds bad, yeah, I was dismayed that I booked it again but after sitting on cold icy highway , it’s a 3"

I had biscuits w/andouille, and a spicy gravy - just a wonderful way to start the day. The hostess and her family were all helpful and great conversationalists. "Room was clean but had flies, a lot of flies. Travelled with a colleague, his room also had flies. He spent an hour killing them. The rooms were dated but otherwise appeared clean. Don’t eat at the Mexican restaurant next door."

"I came to Minden for the Tartan Festival, and could not have stayed in a nicer place. The house itself was so gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the owners were so nice! On top of that, the location is fantastic. If the weather had been nicer, I probably would have walked to the festival!"
