"Very convenient location which is closed to many shopping areas with lots of choices of restaurants. The room is exactly like its description, it's spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable though i prefer one firmer. The pool is also nice."

"The location is a bit out of the way, but there's plenty of parking. There's no ice machine in the stairwell, which is a bit of a miss! The room was quite large, but I can't accept that they don't replenish the mineral water daily. When I asked the front desk, they said free water is only provided on the first day... I've never experienced this at any other hotel. Unless I can't find a room anywhere else, I won't be considering this hotel in the future."

"The room was clean and tidy. Valet parking was available, and it's located opposite a park. Plus, it's only a few minutes' drive to Arcadia Mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel had the worst customer service we've ever experienced! The front desk employee was unmotivated and not very helpful during check-in. We were given a room that didn't match the category we booked, with no prior notice. On top of that, the room smelled musty and was very run-down overall. When we immediately complained, we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. No apology and no attempt to resolve the situation in any other way. For three consecutive days, I had to repeatedly inquire at the reception for a solution. Only after Trip.com got involved were we assured that we would receive a different room for the remaining nights and that our parking fees would be waived as compensation. The new room still didn't match the category we booked, but it was in significantly better condition. Despite a staff member confirming at checkout that parking costs would be waived, we were still charged for them. The customer service was absolutely abysmal! In the breakfast room, the tables were sticky, no matter what time you arrived. The only highlight was the housekeeping staff, who were all exceptionally friendly."
